Clatto Bothy, self catering cottage.

Clatto Bothy is a recently refurbished, fully furnished semi-detached cottage less than five miles from St Andrews. The self catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is one double bedroom and a large shower room. The cottage sleeps two and offers peaceful surroundings within easy reach of St Andrews. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The Bothy has its own private parking area.

Historic Building, recently refurbished, adapted for wheelchair users and the infirm, with walk in wet room, electric adjustable double bed and wall mounted double bed available, (living room becomes a bedroom) parking next to the building, with hand rails on path, ramp to door, some aids available on request, please ask if required. Please note, although capable of accommodating 4 people, we are unable to seat 4 at the table, this is due to space restraints

Nestled within our grounds in our lovely countryside setting, Beech Lodge provides an ideal self catering escape with private hot tub in a relaxing peaceful setting with plenty to do and see in the surrounding villages. SADLY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN A PARTY, NOISE COMPLAINTS, OR DAMAGES. This is sadly due to an unacceptable amount of damages, disrespectful use of the properties and amenities and noise problems.

Cullaird Cottage near Loch Ness (Pet friendly)

Cullaird is a self-catering holiday cottage/bungalow, recently completely refurbished to a high standard throughout . Just 8 minutes drive from Inverness and only 6 minutes from the famous shores of Loch Ness. The Cottage sleeps up to 4 people. Family bathroom, 2 bedrooms, lounge with log burner, and fully fitted kitchen. Two well behaved dogs are welcome and they are free.
