Welcome to the River! We are thrilled to have you as our guest and hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This cozy house is designed to offer you a relaxing retreat. You'll find everything you need to feel at home, from a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and plush bedding. If you’re here for work, the desk in the bunk room should meet all your needs. Relax on the back deck and watch the barges go by on the mighty Ohio River or play some ping pong in the game room.

Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !

Pa’s Place

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pa’s Place is named in honor of the man who once lived here & has Western decor to reflect his love of TV Westerns. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

Boat ramps that enter into the Ohio River and Kinniconick Creek (that leads to the river) are just a few miles away. You are within a 15 minute drive to gather any supplies/needed groceries. As owners we can be available for any issue or concerns within minutes.
