This eccentric solar-powered tiny home is here for all of your vacation needs! Nestled in the woods, this tiny home is the perfect get away for a couple looking for some peace and quiet. Centrally located and just 10 minutes from the Watkins Glen racetrack, State Park, and nearby wineries, this cabin is truly the perfect spot for all of your get away needs. FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
