We hebben een comfortabel en modern huis op de veemarkt in Utrecht. Perfect om Utrecht/Nederland te ontdekken. De bovenste twee verdiepingen zijn beschikbaar voor de verhuur. Wat kan je verwachten? Je deelt de voordeur en trappenhuis met ons gezin. Twee trappen omhoog en daar vind je twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met douche. Op de bovenste verdieping heb je een open keuken, woonkamer en prachtig dakterras tot je beschikking. Je kan je eigen ruimte afsluiten door middel van een schuifdeur.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

The neighbourhood is charming with everything on a close distance nearby, and it takes only 10 minutes by bike to visit the city centre of The Hague. The beach is reachable in about 10/15 minutes by bike. Public transport is just around the corner. This house has enough space for a big family to enjoy the big garden with trampoline. The house has all the luxury that you need for a holiday. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Utrecht’s forest (Rhijnauwen) is walkable or a 10-15 minute bike ride away. Within 5 minutes you are on the highway. Th station is 8 min by bus. Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.
