I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has full sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized futon in the living room. One parking spot for guests. This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub.

Stay at your home away from home in our floor-through apartment, the entire second floor of a 2-family house. The space includes one queen bedroom, a large kitchen with breakfast counter, den, reading room, entry room/dining area, large living room with queen sofa bed, and small balcony. With several windows in every room the house gets beautiful sunlight throughout the day. Only 3 blocks from Union College, and a short walk to downtown!

Cute apartment in a historic stockade

Nice and comfortable spacious and unique space. The area is in a historic stockade. The bed is a double size. please note the oven does not work but the stove works . we do have a microwave in the kitchen. Parking on the street and plenty of it. Wifi but no cable. We only rent to people from out of town.
