Scarborough: soggiorni in appartamento

This may not be the most picturesque airbnb you've laid eyes on, but it was HANDS DOWN the best accommodation I have EVER stayed in with my toddlers (we have been on 10 trips in the last 3 years!) Dan's place was cozy and the right amount of space for my family of four, but the thing that made it really stand out is that they had everything you could need for young kids. Not only the standard pack and play and highchair, but also a sound machine, stroller, and best of all- a box of toys that my two (4 and 1.5) played with CONSTANTLY every spare moment we were in the airbnb. We stayed a week and they didn't get bored of them, which, if you've ever had two energetic kids running circles around the living room, you know REALLY says something. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need as well, which was so helpful. This place is priced fantastically for families and I would whole heartedly recommend it.

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

Condo was as advertised. Clean and great amenities. Great spot for ski weekend. Meredith was great host. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The layout was perfect - and bigger than expected. Very comfortable beds and furniture, and super clean! We would for sure rent again.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Jennifer's place is AMAZING! First, it's steps away from the ski lift. Not only can you make first tracks, but stopping for lunch/breaks/warm-up is super easy - ski to your door! Getting in was a breeze: pull up, get the FOB, grab a luggage rack and park in the designated spot by the door and you're done. No long walks hauling ski gear through endless parking lots. The condo is spacious, super comfortable, and great for hanging out. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (8-11) and we had plenty of room for game nights, dinners, and lounging after a long ski day. The bathrooms are big (and even a jet tub for bubble baths). And immaculately clean. Full kitchen equipped with everything you need. So great to have washer/dryer to get gear ready for the next day. And the heated pool/hot tub is a short walk, both are big and a hit with the kids and adults. And did I mention how clean the place was? The unit is on the end to give extra privacy and easy access. Six stars!

Such a perfect stay for our family of three - hosts were beyond kind / responsive and the space is laid out and decorated so nicely, it felt like home. Every room is super clean and we know the area but we’re still so thrilled at how convenient everything was - just a short drive/uber away to the best spots. We had a great experience and are already talking about coming back. 10/10

Location could not be better. Park your car and walk everywhere — shops, restaurants, coffee shops, beach! Unit was clean and we had a great stay!

Had the pleasure of staying at Nick & Kayla’s great Portland space and loved everything about it- appropriately priced, great location, amenities and superior communications from them made our 3 days in Portland fabulous. The locations is perfect for people who want to become part of a neighborhood and experience the REAL Portland outside of The port.

We had an excellent stay. Both check-in & check-out were a breeze. It was amazingly quiet & the bed was super comfortable. The apartment was light & bright even on cloudy days. We loved the location, easily walkable to cafés & restaurants, a big supermarket, & the train station. We did the nearby Androscoggin Riverwalk each day. We especially enjoyed Frosty's Donuts, the Broadway Delicatessen, & the wine shop Vessel & Vine. Though we didn't meet Spencer (maybe next time!), he's an excellent communicator who responded immediately to all of my messages. Thank you, & we hope to return!

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

This was the perfect spot for a couples trip. Right next to all of the activities we had planned, close to Zebs as well as the outlets. I will be booking with them in the future. They were very friendly and the check in was easy.

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

Michelle and Jason's place was very comfortable, clean and cozy. There was a variety of pots, pans and utensils which allowed us to cook whatever we wanted. There were other people staying in the unit, but it was very quiet. A great find for a long weekend of hiking!

The Wells Beach condo was very comfortable and clean. It was off season so it was pleasantly quiet. It is very close to a great beach with a long stretch to walk and great for swimming and sunbathing in the good weather. There was a pool right outside the condo door which would be super convenient in the warm weather. The condo is well maintained and the ability to walk across the street to the beach is a great benefit. Plus there are restaurants and shops close by,

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Julia & Peter’s place was very homey & welcoming as was their communication with me from booking until checkout. The location was perfect to all we wanted to do in North Conway. This was a Christmas present for our kids and it didn’t disappoint. It was large enough to accommodate all of us(9 in total) comfortably. When we weren’t out shopping, dinning or finding fun things to do in North Conway, we enjoyed the condo playing games & having fun family time at the spacious kitchen table & having fun in the clubhouse with the arcade & indoor pool. If you love North Conway as much as we do, then I would highly recommend Julia & Peter’s conveniently located beautiful home…thanks again for a great time!!!

We as a family of 3 with a young child enjoyed our weekend stay for a ski trip at Attitash! This location was central to all activities whether skiing, exploring North Conway, shopping or dining. Very easy checkin, and amenities were more than what we needed. Clean, quiet and great views! Would book again!
