Available April - October. Located in our meadow & close to woodland, our 2 off-grid (no electricity) Shepherd Huts sit side by side & share facilities. Deer's Leap and Hide & Sea huts each sleeps 2 provide a complete getaway & cozy retreat for camping with a difference. Campfire area with firepit, bbq & seating. Great experience for couples just wanting to escape & drop out for a while. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, peaceful surroundings & enjoy the great views over the moors & to the sea.

Boulby Grange Farmhouse Cottage.

Cosy quirky 1 bedroom holiday cottage with stunning views of the sea with own garden & log burner. NB .. the bedroom is in the eaves so limited head room & accessed by reasonably narrow staircase/shower room is downstairs (therefore not suitable to elderly or tall people due to the limited headroom / due to size of the bedroom it is only a double bed). Situated on the Cleveland Way this is a perfect spot for walking & within walking distance to the lovely harbour village of Staithes (25 mins)

Cabin Retreat, with dog paddock and outdoor bath

Relax & unwind as you enjoy the views over field & forest from the patio. Just open the door and let your dog have fun in the fully fenced paddock. Explore the footpaths that lead through undulating landscapes almost from the door. Take a scenic drive to Whitby, Scarborough & dine out at the numerous places to eat. Call at the village shop for supplies as you return to The Cabin. At the end of the day relax in the quirky candlelit outdoor bath whilst watching the stars in the Dark Sky Reserve.

Crabapple Cottage close to Runswick Bay & Staithes

Charming Crabapple Cottage, which has recently benefited from renovation is located in a small courtyard in the village. Boasting a delightful sitting room with log burner, kitchen leading directly to the rear garden and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms both suitable for two adults. Hinderwell is a great location to visit the local area with a butchers, fish and chip shop and pub almost on the door step. A regular bus service services Whitby and Saltburn.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

Birch House Farm

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

Romantic Whitby woodland studio

Our Treetops cabin is centrally heated, en-suite with a stunning outdoor space and fire pit, views through the trees, and sounds of nature all around. Treetops is one of three cabins set in 4 acres of woodland. Individually designed and centrally heated, Treetops has a double bed, a shower room, a kitchenette and a dining/seating area. We sell logs for the cute log burner. There is a small fridge, microwave kettle, toaster, hairdryer and a TV. And a two gas rings on the porch.

Jasmine Cottage, North Yorks Moors National Park

Jasmine Cottage is a beautiful 19th century home set within the idyllic village of Lockton in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. It is only 10 minutes from Pickering, Thornton Le Dale and Dalby Forest, a 15 minute drive to Malton (the food capital of the North) and 20 minutes to the wonderful North Yorkshire coast. The cottage is very comfortable and relaxing with beautiful sunny gardens at the front and rear of the property. All rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard.

Beautiful One Bedroomed Character Cottage

This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided

The Bottom Pigsty at Fowl Green Farm

Bottom Pigsty The Bottom Pigsty is a mezzanine style cottage. The downstairs space is an open-plan living area with a separate wet room shower, basin and toilet. There is a kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and all the appliances and crockery, pans and oven wear you will need for your stay. There is a TV, Wi-Fi and USB sockets. Upstairs is a mezzanine overlooking the lower level. Sleeping is in double bed and a single with trundle (sleeping 4 comfortably in one space.

Delightful Barn with log burner near Pickering

A tranquil, 19th century converted barn with private garden and outdoor fire overlooking the local countryside. A short drive from Pickering and close to the Moors, Whitby and York, the barn is great for a relaxing break. Inside, you will find a renovated living area, with a wood burning stove, Smart TV and fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, fridge washing machine and dish washer, the barn offers everything you will need for a relaxing getaway in Yorkshire.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
