A place with limited access to Internet, with no distractions. Very quiet and a bit remote, though easy to get to by a car. Be ready to cover last 300 meters on skis or snowshoes during snow season. Which is a part of the fun to me though. This is a unique experience of getting a feeling of extreme remoteness without actually being in a truly remote place, which may not be acceptable for everyone because of many reasons. The host is fantastic.

My stay with Tina in Lägervägen was so beautiful. I had never been abroad before; and alone, at that - but Tina made the whole experience feel so welcoming and warm - I can’t thank you enough for your hospitality, Tina. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, and neighbours are incredibly sweet people also. I would recommend to anyone who is somewhat a resourceful person (it’s not a luxurious accommodation - it’s very basic amenities; but that being said: Tina will go above and beyond to help make your stay comfortable and fun!) up for a once in a lifetime experience. 🎐

Supermysig liten stuga, som att åka bakåt lite i tiden. Nu stannade jag bara en natt men hade definitivt kunnat tänka mig längre, komma bort lite. God frukost och trevlig värd! 😁

This was such a beautiful location, wonderfully atmospheric cabins, and peaceful location. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach. And they had animals for the kids! (Chickens, a peacock, a goat, fish and some rabbits.) Loved the antler chandelier, and the beds were so comfortable. The host was super-friendly and gave us great tips on where to go on the island. I would definitely stay here again.

Underskattat boende. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

joli cottage situé dans une grande propriété, avec plusieurs cottages très espacés les uns des autres. l'hôte habite dans une ferme et nous pouvons aller voir les animaux. la plage se trouve a 150m l'extérieur est très bien aménagé avec barbecue, molki, transat... super séjour !

Wow, was für ein Ort. Wunderschöner Hof ganz nah am Meer mit vielen Tieren und wunderschönem Sandstrand. Jeder der Natur und die Einfachheit liebt ist hier genau richtig. Fahrräder sind auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. Danke Tone und Christian für diese tolle Zeit bei euch. Die Kinder reden immer noch von den Tieren...

Petit problème de double réservation, je n'ai donc pas eu le logement prévu, mais une solution de dépannage a pu être trouvée. Je ne peux donc pas me prononcer sur le logement, si ce n'est qu'Alex l'hôte est très sympathique !

Tillsammans med 14 andra vänner firade vi nyår här. Väldigt nöjda, framförallt med Camilla som före, under och efter varit en fantastisk värd.

Mycket fint boende med härliga omgivningar. Rent och fint och värdparet var verkligen hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vi kommer definitivt återvända hit!

Das Häuschen Mit Whirlpool war einfach fantastisch. Und auch die Aussendusche ist mit sehr viel Liebe gebaut worden. Die Lage nur ein paar Meter vom See entfernt und eine halbe Stunde von Kalmar ist auch toll. Das WC ist einfach sehr klein und leider haben wir kein Öl und Salz gefunden…aber das sind mir Kleinigkeiten. Wer sich für ein paar Tage entspannen möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Und Mikael ist ein absolut freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war!

Zu einer Wohnung ausgebauter Stall.m auf einem Pferdehof. Typisches Landleben vor Ort. Entsprechend bei Regen hier und da ein bisschen Dreck. Wer hier ein 5-Sterne-Hilton erwartet ist natürlich verkehrt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich, die Betten gemütlich, die Leute nett. Empfehlenswert!

it seems some reviews seen on internet sites of this lodge are from previous owners. check recent reviews. the room was very clean and comfortable. the entire setting on the Torneå was gorgeous. Max turned on the Sauna just for us every night. in August, there were few tourists, so it was quiet and private for us. we cooked for ourselves with all needed items, so I can't rate the restaurant.

Tiina's place was amazing! The location is perfect! Beautiful forest, river and the sea view from the balcony! There was a coffee and tea bar by the entrance! Checking in was easy and the place was warm and clean! We recommend the stay!

Veldig koselig vert, og herlig med vann tett inntil hytten! Noen ting savnet vii hytten, men da ringte vi verten, som kom med det med en gang.

Piet och hans fru var mycket trevliga, välkomnade mig med kaffe och kaka. Ett enkelt boende (tyvärr lite hård säng) med det man behöver för att sova en natt när man är på genomresa. De bjöd även med mig på bastukväll med några andra i byn, så sjysst!

très belle nuit chez Anne Lise dans la tente Tipi malgré une pluie battante et un peu de vent, nous avons pu compter sur un confort absolu! l espace cuisine est très pratique, les sanitaires très propres et très pratiques Anne Lise est une hôte très accueillante elle a à cœur que vous vous sentiez bien, avec pleins d attention à votre égard elle a pu nous recommander certains périples différents selon la météo qui était plutôt incertaine Merci Anne Lise!

Enkel kommunikation med värden. Vi blev mottagna och fick en rundtur i stugan. Stugan ligger på en lugn plats vid skogen bland åkrar och ängar. Jag och barnet bodde hos Joakim och Emelie 3 nätter för skidåkning i Kungsberget. Smidigt avstånd till skidbackarna, 10 minuter med bil. Lugnt mysigt rum med bekväma sängar och härligt fluffiga täcken. Vi kunde förvara mat i både kyl och frys och använda köket för matlagning. Paret har två katter som var både utomhus och inomhus. Barnet tyckte mycket om dem. Inget att anmärka på, vi trivdes väldigt bra i stugan som är välplanerad och välordnad. Rekommenderar varmt det tillmötesgående värdparet!

Boende med enklare standard i stuga med behaglig avskildhet i utkanten av gårdens päronodlingar. Mycket fridfulla omgivningar mitt i mälaröarnas jordbrukslandskap nära Stockholm men väldigt långt från storstadspulsen. Rekommenderas.
