This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can also utilise the shared BBQ, pool and alfresco dining facilities.

Dolphin Tracks overlooks adjoining reserve and is just 130 m to estuary with beautiful Valla Beach just beyond via bush tracks through nature reserve.
