Tiny Home by the Sea - Quadra Island

Experience The Tiny Home movement! Perched to capture the extraordinary ocean view, our tiny home is comfortable, and private. Enjoy the view from your loft bed or relax on your deck and watch & listen as nature unfolds. It is not unusual to hear and see whales blowing, sea lions barking and bald eagles chattering. Walk to the beach, petroglyphs, local artisans, and winery. The Tiny Home is built with non-toxic materials Please note: we live on the same property and are an approved rental.

Lund Harbour House - Private oceanfront getaway.

The Lund Harbour House is a spacious (815 sq. feet inside + 570 sq. feet of decks) custom, hand crafted suite situated on the waterfront in the Lund harbour. Private & peaceful, yet only meters to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and tour operators along a private boardwalk. It is suitable for up to 4 guests with a well stocked kitchen & fireplace. An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets.

Lakeview Casita

This snug, hand-built cottage features large windows and a deck looking toward Hague Lake and the rocky scapes of Turtle Island. It’s tucked away in a small grove of towering Cedar and Fir trees, but in the heart of uptown Mansons Landing with stores and a bakery cafe just steps away. It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Friday Market and Cortes Museum are a short stroll away.

The Fat Cat Inn

In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Savary Island Time

Our custom-crafted guest cabin is nestled in the forest with plenty of light and a view through the trees on high bank property to the ocean. Its simple luxuries will have you taking deep breaths and tuning into island time within minutes of arriving. Located on Savary Island Road, used primarily by walkers and cyclists, trails to access North and South side beaches are a short stroll away. We provide bicycles and sit on top kayaks to explore all that sunny, sandy Savary has to offer.

Forest garden cottage by the ocean

This remote property is fronting a quiet ocean inlet. Located 3 km back in the forest, it is an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy tidal flats filled with oysters, bird life, and clear water. The cottage is located at the edge of a garden clearing. Great kayak launch with access to Desolation Sound. 3 km access road, which is a bit bumpy in some places. Bring your groceries, a flashlight, and solid shoes. The fridge is 3/4 size. We have the best drinking water ever here! No smokers, please.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Stories Beach Ocean Front 2 Bdrm Suite W/Hot Tub

Beautiful 2 bedroom ground level suite with the beach at your doorstep. Relax and enjoy the sunrise while the eagles, whales, and other wildlife play. Take a ride on our paddle boards or kayaks, roast a s’more by the fire on the beach or cast a rod while coho are running in the fall. There is always so much to see and do at the beach! We are a 6 minute drive from the airport, 15 minute drive to downtown and only 40 minutes to Mt. Washington Ski Resort... Welcome to Paradise!

The Sea Grass Studio Suite

Welcome to The Sea Grass Studio Suite. Guests are a 10 min walk to downtown Campbell River where you will find many quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy. The Quadra ferry is a short walk away and is a great chance to explore a beautiful part of the Discovery Islands. Our suite offers a peek a boo view of the ocean and mountain landscapes that make for a stunning sunset backdrop. Along with your own private outdoor seating area to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Savary Island- high bank water front Savary Shores

A cute rustic 2 bedroom cabin with full kitchen, full bathroom with tub, outdoor shower, deck. It is waterfront high bank view and access to beach is only 5 -10 min walk. You cannot beat the view. You will share the property with the owners cabin and both are very private from each other. The General store is a 5 min walk, wharf beach is 10 min walk and Patricia crescent beach access is 10-15 min walk. You will need to bring your own towels but I provide the bedding.
