Our stay at La Balise Marina L’Estuaire, Black River, Mauritius, was absolutely wonderful. Sandrine was an exceptional host, providing fantastic communication from booking through to our stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Paola took excellent care of our family, keeping the accommodation spotlessly clean and always being available to answer any questions. Both Sandrine and Paola were outstanding, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with every utensil needed for a self-catering holiday, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay. I highly recommend hiring a car, as we did, to explore the island. The apartment conveniently includes a car parking space, and the large Super U supermarket nearby offers a wide range of food and essentials. Our experience was incredibly enjoyable, and we are grateful to Sandrine and Paola for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

5/5 Sterne! Wir hatten ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in dieser traumhaften Airbnb-Wohnung in La Gaulette, Mauritius! Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Berge und das Meer von der riesigen Dachterrasse war atemberaubend. Die Lage war perfekt für uns um den kompletten Süden der Insel zu Erkunden. Dhareena war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Ihre Eltern haben uns Empfangen und sie waren unglaublich freundlich. Durch Verspätung unseres Fluges und Problemen mit dem Mietwagen sind wir erst viel später als vereinbart an der Wohnung angekommen, auch das war kein Problem und durch die gute Kommunikation mit Dhareena hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Magnifique séjour La vue est splendide .la plage est à quelques mètres L'appartement est génial et tres spatieux Il y a des restaurants et des commerces à proximité Olivier notre hôte est vraiment très sympathique et serviable Accueil vraiment très chaleureux Un petit fond de ménage (pain,pâtes,fruits,beurre,lait,eau,...)nous attendait) Bref le paradis ! Meera was a very welcoming host and was always responsive, both in person and via Airbnb messaging. The location was quiet and offered a great base from which to explore the region. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and offered all the facilities we required.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem 7 Monate altem Baby in dieser Unterkunft und waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Am praktischsten war der Zugang von der Garage direkt zur Wohnung, perfekt wenn man mit Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Insgesamt hat man mehr als genug Platz wenn man zu zweit plus Baby anreist. Es gab ein paar Ameisen, aber man hat uns dabei schnell geholfen. Auch war der erste Zugang zur Wohnung etwas kompliziert. Hier könnte wenigstens die Beschreibung etwas verständlicher sein. Sehr schön ist die Reinigung zwischendurch und dass man neue Handtücher bekommt. Im Vergleich zum 4-Sterne-Hotel fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt mit 7 Monate alten Baby in diesem AirBnB besser, auch weil alles schön sauber war!

The accommodation was spacious, well equipped, in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay, if we have the opportunity to return to Mauritius, we will definitely stay in the same place again, thank you for a wonderful end to our holiday.

Had a wonderful stay at Coralie & Astrides place in Latitude luxury apartments . The service they provided from check in to late checkout, due to our late flight was great.They even left us a bottle of prosecco and a card for our 25th wedding anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was as decribed. Better than the photos. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The Large terrace was a fantastic space for chilling, with amazing views of the ocean and Le Mourne. The grounds and swimming pool were lovely and never busy. You could always find an empty sun lounger. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Ruisseau Creole was a lovely shopping mall with nice cafes and restaurants Bistro La Poste and Happy Rajah are worth a visit for food. Thankyou for a lovely stay we would definitely book again.

Wir waren das zweite mal Gast in Christine‘s Airbnb. Das Airbnb war täglich sauber, die Betten frisch gemacht. Sie geben sich viel mühe dem Gast eine angenehme Zeit zu ermöglichen. Die Lage des Airbnbs ist super gelegen um zu Fuss in Restaurants zu gehen oder Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und würden es wieder buchen.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in seamless. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed. I especially loved the beautiful decor and the peaceful ambiance. The location was ideal—within walking distance of local attractions but still quiet enough for a restful retreat. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely return

Un grand merci à Éric, un hôte au top, à l’image de ce logement exceptionnel. J’ai passé un super séjour dans un cadre magnifique ! Le logement est totalement fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre au calme, dans une ambiance paisible et très agréable. La villa est idéalement située : proche de toutes les commodités et avec un accès rapide à l’une des routes principales pour explorer l’île sans stress. Mention spéciale aux personnes qui s’occupent de l’entretien de la maison, de la piscine et du jardin — discrets, adorables et toujours souriants. Encore un grand merci à Éric pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité, ses bons conseils… et les kayaks pour une sortie en mer inoubliable autour de l’île aux Bénitiers ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Lovely villa with a nice pool, lush garden & direct access to the very long beach. Our kids loved feeding the giant tortoises, which live just behind the villa. Owners live nearby and are very nice - they brought us fresh home-growth mangoes. The place is peaceful, quiet, safe, private and virtually mosquito-free (we could peacefully chill in the terrace in late evenings). We especially enjoyed long evening walks along the beach stretching miles to both directions - it is very safe, hence we have also walked in the night counting stars. The "KOA" restaurant is withing the walking distance (along the ocean), while there are other restaurants & shops within the few minutes drive. The Black River National Park is in close proximity with its multiple hiking trails, lush forest & fascinating water falls. We really enjoyed our stay in this place and would definitely like to come back in the near future.

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

My family and I had a fantastic two-night stay at Zaheer’s place, and it was worth every penny! Zaheer is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—steps away from an almost private beach, with tons of restaurants nearby and exciting spots like Rochester Falls to explore. The outdoor jacuzzi was a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding after busy days filled with activities. The house itself is comfortable, ideal for relaxing after hours spent outdoors. With so much to do in the area, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

I spent three weeks living in this house, it felt like home. Almost every day I snorkled in the ocean and swam in the pool, right from the back garden. I used used the BBQ many times, it is very nice. The house is on a busy road, and goats and chickens live across the street, but after a few days that just melted into the tapastry of Mauritius. The cleaner, Jessica, is a hard worker and does an excellent job. There was a gardener and a pool cleaner that came every week, keeping both looking nice. You really need a rental car, or a scooter, for your stay - I used Storm Scooter Rentals from the local area. Overall I could not give this place a higher rating, it was excellent.

Mein Gefühl beim buchen hat mich nicht getäuscht. Mittendrin in der Atmosphäre, zwischen anheimischen leben. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie.

We are very satisfied with our stay at this beautiful apartment. We travelled as a family and a baby bed and a baby chair was provided for us. The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful with daily cleaning and a welcome meal upon arrival. The neighborhood was calm. The surroundings are so beautiful. Lovely garden, nice pool area and a beautiful beach with plenty of space. Christopher was very kind and helpful. We are especially grateful that we could have an early check in after a long flight. We would love to come back.

It's a nice secluded place with kind neighbours, very clean as shown in pictures and well maintained. Debra was very communicative and helpful throughout.

The best apartment that I've visited in Mauritius. Everything was perfect, the apartment, the pool and the sea. Just amazing.

Très belle expérience dans ce logement qui est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et au descriptif. L'appartement est grand, très propre, aménagé avec goût, la literie est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien, le wifi également, la résidence est sécurisée, la plage est à pied et surtout, la terrasse et sa petite piscine en front de mer offrent des couchés de soleil de toute beauté. Échanges fluides avec le gestionnaire qui est disponible et réactif. Et le gros plus, un départ tardif nous a été offert suite au décalage de notre vol retour. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables dans l'appartement de Rhitish ! Il s'est montré très réactif et disponible par message. Le ménage est fait tous les jours lorsque vous êtes absents = génial ! Il est possible de garer sa voiture dans la résidence ce qui est très pratique. L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, la climatisation est très agréable et relativement silencieuse la nuit. La vue sur le lagon est top ! La literie est par ailleurs très confortable. Juste un tout petit bémol sur les serviettes de bain qui peluchent et qui sont du coup peu pratiques pour s'essuyer sans avoir des amas de coton sur soi mais c'est un détail facilement perfectible. Très bon rapport qualité / prix, je recommande !
