I never actually met Julie while I was there but contacted her several times before the trip and her responses were always quick and very helpful. During my stay at the apartment I met Nita and her husband. They’re both incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were super helpful with any queries I had. I was staying on my own and it was my first time in Mauritius but they made me feel right at home. Even small touches like providing delicious fresh fruits on a couple of mornings, was very kind of them and much appreciated (a lovely surprise to wake up to!) The apartment itself is lovely and well maintained with excellent wifi. It’s in a quiet area. The bed has a very comfortable, firm mattress. The roof-top terrace is huge and a lovely spot to relax/sunbath. The kitchen has everything you need and the whole apartment was very clean. They have a shop at the end of the road (less than a minute walk), very handy for snacks and essentials :) Would happily stay here again. 10/10!

We had an amazing stay at Anne & Dom's place. Despite being a bit unlucky with the weather, Anne and Dom made us feel right at home and took such good care of us with local recommendations (they were especially thoughtful when it was raining to make sure we were OK and provided suggestions on activities etc.!) We loved getting to know them, and sharing a drink together one evening - they really capture the essence of Airbnb in sharing their home and stories, and making sure their guests enjoy the space as much as possible. The apartment is simple and clean, but very well furnished. The pool is also great, but the best part is 100% the view, which can be appreciated from the minute you wake up in the morning! You will need a car to get around - whilst the town isn't too far, the walk can be a little off-putting in the dark / heat of the day. There are amazing spots easily reachable from the apartment including scenic hikes and white sandy beaches - something for everyone!

Super logement 👍 idealement situé à 10 minutes en voiture de la magnifique plage du morne . Piscine agréable. Eric nous avait mis à disposition un kayak (finalement nous n avons pas eu le temps d aller en faire mais si on avait voulu c etait possible 🙂) Eric est un hôte tres agréable et reactif 👍 Notre logement préféré de l'île avec sa localisation ideale 😍

This little apartment is an absolute gem. So perfectly situated, close to everything and with the most breathtaking view. From sunrise to sunset, there was always something to look at outside of the kitchen window. It is extremely well priced considering its location. When staying in Black River, being on La Tourelle mountainside is just a must. Julie met us on Diane's behalf and was so helpful and informative. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Très très bel endroit, bien entretenu au niveau des extérieurs, hyper propre à l'intérieur, vu mer magnifique, couchés de soleil fabuleux. Piscine agréable pour les rentrées de balades. mobilier de jardin Top autour de la piscine. Quartier très calme. Balades proches, à pieds ou en voiture. Tamarin très bien situé, accès sud très facile, accès nord très facile également car routes et 4 voies présentes partout sur l'ile. De plus, et c'est très important pour nous, accueil Top de Virginia, toujours hyper présente dès que nous l'avons sollicitée, toujours de très bon conseil. Nous recommandons !

The apartment was really great! The location in Black River (west of Mauritius) is perfect for excursions and daily supply (supermarket, restaurants, boulangerie etc.) is just around the corner. The apartment complex is very nice, clean, safe and well maintained. The pool and the lookout from there on black River Bay and Le Mourne is tremendously great - not only for sunsets. The apartment itself doesn’t lack anything. It was perfectly clean, felt very nice, private and welcome to be inside of it and the balcony is great to enjoy your food or just to relax. It’s in our opinion of a perfect size for four people (family) and the available utensils/ items in the kitchen are well thought-through. Priscilla is a wonderful host with a perfect balance of being very helpful, friendly and reliable without forcing you to anything. We would definitely recommend the apartment as we experienced it.

Vor unserer Abreise verbrachten wir, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (7 und 9 Jahre), eine Nacht in dieser gepflegten Unterkunft. Wir wurden freundlich von Dorinne, ihrem Mann und den Hunden begrüsst. Eine sehr schöne grüne Oase und erfrischender Pool haben sie sich und den Gästen geschaffen. Am Abend durften wir die Gastfreundschaft mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten an einem grossen Tisch geniessen. Was für ein krönender Ferienabschluss. Herzlichen Dank.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß ist alles wichtige zu erreichen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à la découverte du sud de l'île grâce à Jean-Luc et Lovena. Très accueillants et gentils, ils m'ont recommandé énormément de jolis petits endroits à visiter. J'ai aussi pu goûter à la délicieuse cuisine de Lovena. Le logement est très bien, le quartier paisible et le petit bourg de Surinam n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied. Il est très bien passé pour les gens qui souhaitent découvrir sur plusieurs jour la côte sauvage du Sud de Maurice. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner chez eux et je ne manquerai pas d'y retourner lors d'un nouveau voyage à Maurice ! Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil

Richie est très disponible et attentionné! Sa maman est adorable et nous a fait un petit plat pour le soir, une belle surprise. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et la tv a netflix ^^

Большая территория. Вилла скорее не трёхкомнатная, а трёх квартирная. Два больших холодильника. Хороший интернет. В первые дни Кристель поспособствовала решению всех основных замечаний. Не помешало бы приобрести зонты, чтобы во время дождя ходить из одного помещения в другое. Бассейн классный, глубина от полуметра до 1.70м. Если заезжаете на долгий срок, просите его чистку чаще. До океана метров 200, можно пройтись или доехать на личном багги. Расположение отличное, всё самое интересное в этой части острова. Утром можно заменить интересных животных )

Mein Aufenthalt war super! Akash ist super freundlich und einladend. Er hat sich ganz viel Zeit genommen und mir super viele Tipps für die ganze Insel gegeben, die mir trotz intensiver Urlaubsplanung, noch neu waren! Auch sehr leckeres Essen hat er gekocht! Mit ihm und seinen beiden Katzen und seinen beiden Hunden, in der super gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft, mit einem sehr tollen Badezimmer, kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen! Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

We spent a nice week of family vacation in Charming Condo, the place is very convenient 5 min walk from the beach, it has all necessary kitchen ware, the terrace-balcony is a great place to have breakfasts and evening snacks to enjoy the sunset. Thank you Sebastien and Valerie for your hospitality!

The best apartment that I've visited in Mauritius. Everything was perfect, the apartment, the pool and the sea. Just amazing.

Très belle expérience dans ce logement qui est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et au descriptif. L'appartement est grand, très propre, aménagé avec goût, la literie est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien, le wifi également, la résidence est sécurisée, la plage est à pied et surtout, la terrasse et sa petite piscine en front de mer offrent des couchés de soleil de toute beauté. Échanges fluides avec le gestionnaire qui est disponible et réactif. Et le gros plus, un départ tardif nous a été offert suite au décalage de notre vol retour. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Outstanding!!! Can not recommend this place highly enough. Firstly the communication by host (Joel) was fantastic, always very prompt and helpful. Secondly, the apartment is perfect, 3 great bedrooms plus 2 large bathrooms, huge open plan lounge / dining / kitchen, lovely sunny balcony that looked out over pool (we didn’t actually use the pool but did look lovely!) plus an out of the way laundry just off the kitchen. The apartment had everything you need plus more!!! Thirdly, location was wonderful. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants etc The only sad thing about this apartment is that we had to leave it. If you’re planning a trip to Mauritius then you really must check out this apartment.

Ich habe 2 Wochen alleine in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es war sehr süß, was wirklich toll war, war die Kommunikation. Solange hat sich immer direkt gemeldet und bei allerlei Problemen wurde direkt geholfen. Durch die vielen Fenster gibt es ganz viel natürliches Licht, dadurch wird es morgens aber auch sehr früh sehr schnell hell, was mich aber nicht gestört hat. Zudem gibt es ganz viele Steckdosen. Der Strand Zugang ist ganz dicht und fußläufig erreichbar. Ich würde wieder kommen aber jemanden mitbringen.

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables dans l'appartement de Rhitish ! Il s'est montré très réactif et disponible par message. Le ménage est fait tous les jours lorsque vous êtes absents = génial ! Il est possible de garer sa voiture dans la résidence ce qui est très pratique. L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, la climatisation est très agréable et relativement silencieuse la nuit. La vue sur le lagon est top ! La literie est par ailleurs très confortable. Juste un tout petit bémol sur les serviettes de bain qui peluchent et qui sont du coup peu pratiques pour s'essuyer sans avoir des amas de coton sur soi mais c'est un détail facilement perfectible. Très bon rapport qualité / prix, je recommande !
