Beautiful place, well appointed, comfortable and great location. Very close to the beach. Gorgeous beach and surroundings. Loved having our coffee and meals on the screened-in porch.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

Cannot recommend this enough! The area surrounding the Airbnb is beautiful, as well as the property itself. Tom and Christine are incredibly welcoming and worth getting to know.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

We booked a last minute stay because we were in town for a funeral..Mark & Ruth were very accommodating. As for cleanliness probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed..the beds super comfy & just the best hosts! I hope we can come back again some time for a more relaxing reason :)

Everything was as listed. Nice and clean. Modern furniture, fixtures, and tile. Made me feel at home but in the country. Would stay here if I could every time we visit.

The house was great, easy to find, had what we needed in the kitchen, beautiful location, just great. We loved it and it was perfect for our gathering after my son graduated college!

Such a wonderful weekend in Camden, SC thanks to Emily! The house was perfect. Equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kayaks and paddle board were such a great addition. Will definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway off the grid.

We can’t wait to come back. Condo was well stocked and hosts were very responsive to our questions. Location was amazing, you can see the marina from the master bedroom and back porch. We parked the car and didn’t move it until we checked out. Restaurants, shopping, lighthouse, playground, pool, beach shuttle all within easy walking distance. Condo was beautiful and well decorated. Beds were so comfy. Our toddler loved it. Wonderful weekend. Couldn’t be happier.

Our stay was wonderful. Billie was always super responsive and accommodating. The place was exactly as posted. Plenty of room for me, my parents, and my two small kiddos. The location is great. Right on the lake. We caught some fish off the fishing dock. The walking bridge is super cool too. The pool was nice and clean. Would come back and stay here again.

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

Amazing stay! Relaxing beach theme vibe . Friendly neighbors and safe place to travel. Owner very responsive , she is very considerate of giving us early check-in as soon as the property became available that day. Our expectation exceeded ! Overall beautiful, safe and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely book again.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Greg was an excellent communicator and always responded quickly. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this stay!

Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The host Sandra left very clear instructions for checking in and snacks for guests as well. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, which was much appreciated. Had all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and would love to stay again.
