Comfy couches, King sized bed, oversized tub everything you need to enhance your comfort while you stay with us at Green Room. This building is 21+ years old.

Located just a half mile from town, but secluded enough to be a private hilltop house retreat. The deck overlooks downtown with a backdrop of the Mississippi River! Enjoy the outdoors hiking at the Palisades State Park with miles of trails just a short drive away, kayak or fish one of the many rivers or lakes, stroll through downtown for antique and gift shopping, or visit a nearby winery. After a day of adventures, relax in the spa tub or enjoy a glass of wine on the private deck.

The house is one level with a detached 2 car garage. Accessible through the alleyway behind the house. Alongside is a paved parking space. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath main floor, completely private unit offers contemporary comfort within a historic, 120 year old gem. Located less than a block from downtown Savanna's Main St. -- and the mighty Mississippi River within eyesight -- restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment are just steps away. Amenity highlights include: galley-style 3-season room, fully equipped kitchen, central air, WiFi, washer/dryer, smart TV w/classic Nintendo (that's right, old school Mario), and more.

Also located near is the Maquoketa River where you can enjoy kayaking, rent tubes, hunt waterfowl, or sit on the bank and toss a line. We are just a quick driving distance from Bellevue and Sabula, IA in which both have boating access, restaurants, and taverns. Yes, boats are welcome! Pet friendly, public hunting and fishing, state parks nearby
