Alameda is a beautiful island community in the heart of the Bay, filled with beautiful homes, adorable shops, and many great restaurants. The San Francisco ferry is close by to whisk you to the big city, so why would you want to stay anywhere else?

Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.

Small cottage right on the beach. Very close to San Francisco - 20 min from the Golden Gate Bridge. Romantic getaway. Perfect for couples or as a quiet retreat for an individual. Wood-burning fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. Large deck and personal hot tub overlooking the ocean. The studio is walking distance to charming restaurants, bars, shopping, and great hiking trails.

The Beach Cottage- A Simple Sanctuary

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil.
