They are classed as mobility friendly with a separate entrance at the rear of the accommodation on a flat surface, and an allocated parking space next to the rear entrance. As well as the access at the rear of the accommodation, these villas have an entrance at the front of the accommodation. They have a fully equipped kitchen, living space, and dining area. They also have fantastic sea views and come with a private veranda. (please note there is an additional fee for pets).

Enter this beautifully presented property via the porch where you have room to store hats and coats as well as welly boots. There are two cosy reception rooms to sit back and enjoy Sky TV. There is a beautiful kitchen with panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy a drink or two at the dedicated bar area. The elevated house overlooking Ilfracombe comes with 6 large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a luxury master suite with a bath tub and WC. Dogs also welcome.
