Quiet 5 bedroom home with Hot Tub & EV Charger

Enjoy a quiet and serene space. The home consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1/2 bath. It has a hot tub, game room, office space, & a Tesla wall charger that is free to use during your stay. I do provide an adapter to charge any EV using a J1772 port. It is about a 6 min drive to Downtown Saugatuck but has lots of outdoor space for activities. The beach is about an 8 min drive. Close enough to Saugatuck but far away so that you can have a peaceful nature feeling.

Complete lower level 1 mile from downtown Holland

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Your own private entrance from the mudroom. Only a mile from 8th St Holland. The large living area will provide you a great space to relax with a new 85" TV. Comfy bedroom with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The second sleeping space is a queen memory foam sleeper. No full kitchen. The backyard you can use as your own. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to relax this is it.
