We stayed for a couple months. The place is as you can see in the photos and is a recently constructed building with some amenities and onsite security. As others mention the prayer from the mosque right next door may be a bit noisy for some, but after a couple days we got used to it and did not disturb our sleeping. We stayed during a cold winter and the heating on the apartment was just fantastic. The neighborhood is not pretty or fancy, but is safe and very local and it has everything you may need for a long stay. We rarely saw any foreigners around, if ever. That's probably the reason why prices for everything are significantly lower than in other neighborhoods we visited, specially for eating out. The main street of the neighborhood is just one block away and literally has everything you may need during your stay. A main bus line also goes through that street and takes you to the ferries terminals or more touristic areas and the metro is just 10-15 minutes walk.

من أجمل تجارب السكن في اسطنبول، الإطلاله كانت شرحه وجمييييله🤍 الاقامه كانت مريحه بدءاً من عمل ال check in الذاتي كان سهل جدا المكان كبير ونظييف جدا، جميع الأسرّه مريحه، الشراشف والأغطيه كانت نظيفة جداااا وجديده، يوجد حمامان، لكن واحد فقط يوجد فيه دش للسباحة المطبخ مجهز بكل الأدوات الموقع جدددداااا جميييل في ترابيا، تحت السكن كافيهات ومطاعم العيب الوحيد أن الشقه في الدور الثاني والدرج حلزوني يعتبر وعر بالنسبه للأطفال وكبار السن ولا يوجد مصعد متعب بالنسبه لحمل الحقائب

Hamed is an exceptional friend and host. He was always ready to assist you from the moment you arrived until the end of your stay. The house was immaculately clean. Even when he was away, he was just a call away to help. In short, his place is a guaranteed pleasure for your trip.

Das Haus habe ich nicht gleich gefunden, Aysun war nicht da, hat einen Schlüssel für mich hinterlassen und eine sehr umfangreiche Checkin Anleitung geschickt. Es ist eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung im 6.Stock. Mein Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Bett ist sauber, groß und weich. Es ist alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, im Zimmer, in der Küche, im Bad. Die Dachterasse ist groß, man kann hier auf 3 Seiten über Istanbul schauen. 4 süße Katzen leben auch hier, meistens auf der Terrasse. Wenn man Katzen nicht mag, sperrt Aysun sie auf der anderen Seite der Terrasse ein. Aysun ist tagsüber am Arbeiten, kommt nachts zurück. Die Kommunikation ist exzellent, er beantwortet schnell alle Fragen, hilft und hält die Wohnung sauber. Die Lage ist gut, ca. 900m von der Metro Levent 4. Supermärkte, Restaurants und viele andere Geschäfte sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Ich hatte hier eine gute Zeit und werde wieder kommen🤩

Breathtaking view. So peaceful. Within a short walking distance to town, Great space, so comfortable, clean, loved having a washer & dryer, kitchen had everything you need in terms of appliances & all the basics to cook with. Would highly recommend to stay here as we had such a lovely time!

Where does one even begin when everything was just perfect? Oya and Ned are the frendliest and most caring Airbnb hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They welcomed us very warmly, gave us a tour of the flat and explained how everything works and to reach out to them if we had any requests. Ned was very reactive every time we messaged him to ask for recommendations and on the last day Oya made sure a taxi would be waiting for us just outside the house to take us to the airport. What else can I say? Just the perfect stay :)

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.
