سكنت في هذه الشقة وكانت تجربة رائعة جداً. الشقة جميلة وواسعة، هادئة ومطلة مباشرة على البحر، ما أضفى على الإقامة أجواء مريحة ومميزة. موقعها ممتاز، فهي قريبة من العديد من المطاعم الجميلة، ويوجد عبارة قريبة منها للتنقل بين المناطق، مما يجعل الموقع عملي جداً للمستكشفين. المضيف كان خدوم، ودود، ومحترم إلى أبعد حد، وكان حريص على راحتنا طوال فترة الإقامة. الشقة نظيفة بشكل عام، لكن لاحظت وجود بعض النمل، ويبدو أن ذلك بسبب قربها من البحر، وأتمنى أن يتم معالجة هذا الأمر مستقبلاً. بشكل عام، أنصح بالإقامة فيها وبقوة، تجربة مميزة تستحق التكرار

Davut beyin ilgi alakası çok iyiydi, tüm sorularıma hızlı geri dönüşler aldım. Evin konumu zaten metroya yürüme mesafesi olmasıyla çok iyi. Sadece baya baya dik bir yokuş inip çıkmak gerekiyor, o yokuşlar da ayrı bi deneyim oldu gerçekten. Eve girdiğimizde evin yeni temizlendiği belliydi, tertemizdi. Eşyalar vs fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi direk. Tek sıkıntı evin ısınmayla ilgili problemleri var bence. Yüksek ihtimal peteklerin çok küçük ve az olmasından kaynaklı çünkü kombide bi sorun yoktu. Belki en azından bir petek daha ekletip çözülebilir bilemedim. Ama gerçekten tüm gece ısınamadık. Genel olarak f/p ydi bence. Tekrar bu konumda bir yer ihtiyacım olursa kesinlikle tercih ederim :)

Perfect Stay in Maslak – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment in Maslak, Istanbul, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

if I can give him and his apartment more than 5 , I will do it. it's for these reasons; the apartment is not only like the photos, it's even more awesome and charming with the mixture between authentic istanbul style and the modern touches from Barış while choosing the concept and furniture for decoration. Also you can find everything like at home, even the delicious tasty quality coffee. Barış is one of the rare persons I met that they care authentically and deeply about others needs, not just for business ,but because he has a very warm and friendly personality. I'm saying that , cause without asking, when I told him i work remotely , he took the initiative to suggest a desk for me to work comfortably. and as a single woman, I really felt my self in total security, safety and being a part of a family who are ready to help genuinely. the location also, it's one of the most unique places where you can enjoy being in a city like İstanbul located in 2 continents. thanks Barış .

Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick . Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause . Auch Frau Funda war immer hilfsbereit super freundlich und immer schnell aktiv sobald man sie kontaktiert hat. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Touch . Schön hell sehr sauber . Perfekter Ort wenn man in Istanbul verbleiben möchte.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tout était parfait ! J'étais ici pour du télétravail et le bureau était idéal, avec une belle lumière naturelle. L'appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et bien pensé. L'emplacement est également excellent, très central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Franchement, c'est le meilleur appartement que j'ai eu à Istanbul ! Je recommande vivement

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

It was a real pleasure to stay at your place during our visit to Istanbul. The place is very nice and very clean, and there’s all we needed during our stay. Very close to everything shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just 5min walk to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia mosque. The place has two floors and makes it like two apartments in one and this was great for us, we stayed in one floor with the kids and gave the second floor to my mom and my niece who came with us. The host was very professional, polite and very helpful. He provided a great service he organised the taxi for us from and to the airport and even walked us through the nearby area and showed us the better shops and restaurants and the different shortcuts to get to centre. Thanks a million for everything and we really appreciate!!

Очень хорошее жилье, на хорошей улице. Машины почти не ездят и ночью довольно тихо. Если хотите спать по ночам, то вам сюда. Хозяин встретил и передал ключи. Очень дружелюбный, все показал. В квартире имеется все необходимое и рабочее. Единственное, холодильник работал странно; размораживался моментами и становился мокрым.. Кровати удобные, сын спал очень хорошо. А это главное! Из минусов: прокуренная гостиная и пепельницы. К квартире курят, а для не курящих это - испытание. Подоконники в спальнях и гостиной довольно низкие, нужно быть очень осторожным. К тому же некоторая мебель просто разваливается. Во всем остальном мы отдохнули на славу и сыну очень понравилось. Спасибо и процветания вам.

The view from this house is incredible. I really havent seen a better view than this. The garden in front is wonderful to sit at and enjoy the landscape. The neighborhood and house was very quiet, and its quite private. The street is not busy. The house has everything you need for cooking meals and it was all clean. The bathroom and shower is generously sized, I loved it, and the heater and AC work very well, cooling down quickly if you need it or heating up quickly if you need it. Also, there were many streaming options on the tv, which is great. The host was responsive and very kind. We had no issues here. But seriously, the landscape is very very gorgeous and the price was very reasonable.

First of all, I would like to thank the owners of the house for their warm welcome. The house is very wonderful, but it is only suitable for one or two people because it is small. However, it is a very quiet and beautiful place. It was in a neighborhood that had everything you needed, whether a supermarket, restaurants, or cafes, and it was close to Ortakoy Beach. I will definitely return to it again.

Moussab was very helpful during our stay. Communicated clearly on how to get there and with checkin instructions. I had a little issue with the bathroom upstairs which he attended to immediately. One thing to remember is that there are no doors in the rooms, in case you missed it or haven't noticed it from the pictures.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and very well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The view of the sea was simply breathtaking. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

What team was excellent through and through. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Benny ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment liegt perfekt für einen Besuch von Istanbul. Obwohl sehr nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist es ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe, so dass wir überall sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinkommen konnten. Die Gegend ist noch eher einfach, das Apartment fällt hier sehr positiv auf. Das Apartment ist über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen und liegt auf zwei Etagen. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette, oben befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi.
