Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

property is decorated to very high standard. the combination of inside and outside space through connection of kitchen to swimming pool area is a real design plus. all of the bedrooms have excellent bed and bathrooms. the property has extra nice touches such as great blue tooth speakers and private games room/ den. the caretakers are available to assist but maintained guest privacy at all times. we had a minor issue with some water heaters not working but the host gave us free steaks (which were amazingly good) to compensate. insummary, a great property which will comfortably steep 10-15 guests in luxury. premium price but worth it.

Amazing place for the company summer outing. Staff and everyone else enjoyed the place. The vibrant colors of the place works wonders on the overall mood and vibe.

danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

I highly recommend this location, especially when you want to have a private gatherings. You can feel relaxed and feels like home. The house was so clean and aesthetic. We have fun in there swimming pool. Complete kitchenware. The beach is walking distance only, you can hear the waves in 3rd floor. Very responsive host and friendly caretaker. It was such a memorable Holy Week getaway for us! It was actually my partner’s extended family’s first time to stay in a big vacation home, and they were so excited. We’re happy to share that their expectations were truly met — the place was very homey, spacious, and perfect for our weekend bonding. We had such a fun and relaxing time! While the beach nearby wasn’t as clean as we hoped, we were still able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Seafront Residences’ pool was a huge plus — we made the most out of it! And of course, the Jacuzzi at SeaCove was a hit with everyone, young and old alike. Thank you so much, Ms. Rizza, for letting us stay in your beautiful unit. It really gave us the space and comfort we needed for this special family break. Hope to be back again soon!

very modern at the heart of the province. home away from home

This is the first time I have absolutely no negative feedback — everything exceeded our expectations. The description was spot-on, the location is excellent, the house was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family, which includes toddlers to seniors, had a fantastic time. There was something for everyone to enjoy, but the real standout was the game room. Unlike typical setups with just pool tables or board games, this one was on another level — packed with nostalgic arcade games, Dance Dance Revolution, a Nintendo Switch, and more. It was overwhelming in the best way, and honestly, one night just wasn’t enough to make the most of everything this place offers. Highly recommend!

Just returned from our 2-night stay at Casa Bella. My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The home is as described, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We also really enjoyed the club house; beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff and yummy breakfast and drinks. The beach was just ok. 10-15 mins drive to good local food and groceries. Ben’s was the group favorite. The housekeeper and security guards were very helpful and welcoming. Ronald was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend! We would come back here if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

We enjoyed our stay! His place is very near the beach and club house. His unit has billiards and jacuzzi pool good for 8 pax. Great sleeping arrangement - 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and 1 master with ensuite T&B and access to balcony. Would come back again!

From the very first message with Measy, everything felt right. She was very responsive and helpful. She definitely is a SUPERHOST! She described her place as is on her listing. When we have questions or needed help, she was more than willing to help us. Her property was such great value for our money. I would highly recommend her to friends and relatives who will visit Lipa City and I will definitely stay at her place again when we come back to Philippines. She’s so so so wonderful and a warm, lovely host.

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

Michael’s place is a hidden gem for a private luxurious getaway in Batangas. We were a group of 9 and slept very comfortably in the home. The house caretakers were friendly and welcoming. We had a bonfire on the first night which was very special and a great experience for the kids. Pool, palm trees and the house dogs were all perfect. We hope to be back again in the future!
