Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Relax and reconnect with friends and family at this adorable, "unplugged" guesthouse just 12 miles/15min from downtown Oxford. Two twin beds in the upper loft area and a queen sofa bed in the lower area comfortably sleeps 4. We also have a pack-n-play for the little one! The cabin is situated on a 10ac farm, away from the main house for privacy. A small pond is nearby attracting deer that can be easily observed from the back and front deck of the property.

This carriage house have a living/kitchen area combo (medium sized fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, sofa is a foldout), bathroom with shower and one bedroom with a Queen sized bed and French doors that open to a semi-private patio (shared with the main house). Sleeps 4. Also comes with one prime parking spot.

Private wing good for groups, extra beds available

This house is on Salem Ave., which has many fine antebellum mansions. In 1967 the owners of my house added a 4,000 sq. ft. addition for business entertaining. You will have exclusive use of 2,000 sq. ft. plus shared use of the 1,600 sq. ft. bar and sunroom area. I tend to stay away from these areas when the back wing is rented, so my guests mostly have the entire wing to themselves.
