We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. Our historic Saratoga home is located in the desirable West Side near the Beekman Street Arts District, less than one mile to Broadway and all that Saratoga's downtown has to offer. It is an easy walk or bike ride to SPAC and the Saratoga State Park. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 10-12 guests. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio and fireplace, and large fenced in yard and gardens. Close to Lake George and the Adirondacks, the Saratoga Train and Bus Station.

Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!
