There are views of Lake Flower and its boat launch from the wrap around porch or patio. In the heart of the Adirondacks, and just 8 miles from Lake Placid, after hiking, boating, fishing, canoeing, or just exploring come home and relax in this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large kitchen, dining and living room or have a nice family cookout from the bbq.

Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
