A nice house with a private backyard and parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata, many restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes, visiting Panichishte and Rilla Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and the villa is a 90 minute drive by car. Villa Gardenia has its own bus, providing transfer to a location chosen by the guests, for an additional fee.

Sunrise View Studio has one bedroom with queen sized bed and a living room with a sofa bed. It is perfect for two persons but there is no problem two more persons to sleep on the sofa bed. The studio has a small kitchenette-like box where you can wash your dishes, but you can not cook. There are plates, forks, spoons, glasses, knife that you can use. Also there is a mini bar if you want to cool down some drinks.

Sapareva Kashta is a modern maisonette that combines the comfort of a modern house with the cosines of a mountain villa with a wooden scent. The Villa itself is very spacious! It provides a well-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, lounge area, dining area for 8 people as well as a nice spacious shower/bathroom. The balcony provides a great view of the sunsets, and nice spot to have dinner/wine.

Sapareva Kashta is a modern house that combines the comfort and the cosines of a mountain villa with a wooden scent. The Villa itself is very spacious!
