São Miguel Island: soggiorni in alloggi al lago

Tres bon séjour dans une maison spacieuse et pleine de vie notamment le jardin qui est un vrai parcours a faire avec beaucoup de plantes, de fleurs et des petits animaux tels que des poules des oies. Je recommande fortement cette maison !

José was very helpful and attentive during our stay. The accommodation was modern and comfortable in a quaint village and really close to a waterfall hike. Thank you for our stay!

The house was clean & the surrounding garden was beautiful. We only stayed 2 nights, but I can see how this would be a great longer term stay considering the amenities provided and backyard space. Érico was friendly & provided helpful instructions for parking & check in.

Casa da Avo was everything we hoped for during our stay on Sao Miguel. After our daily sightseeing adventures, it was a wonderful, relaxing place to return to, convenient to markets, shops and restaurants and the Botanical Gardens. Its location made for easy driving to most of our destinations. Maria has thought of every need and the welcome bowl of fruits and flowers was much appreciated. We hope to return to Furnas and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Its hard to put into words the magic of this place. nature at its most raw and wild... stunning. the perfect peaceful bolthole. Heaven, in a word ! thanks Manuel! wonderful host!

My boyfriend and I spent a week in this cottage and it was amazing. We felt at home with the couch, spare bed, pillows and blankets. The bathroom was large, beautiful, and clean. The kitchen is not only beautiful but also functional & probably the most well-equipped Airbnb kitchens I’ve ever used. The hosts provided us with everything we needed, even firewood for the fireplace and a speaker to play music. The bed was comfortable. We had a convenient place to park our rental car. The location is great because of the peaceful stream and private drive, but close enough to town that you can get what you need. It’s near the center of the island so our planned adventures were not too far away. We admired how the hosts preserved the history of the old mill in the renovation, it’s a well-cared for place. I would recommend this to anyone.

Localização é perfeita. A casa está bem equipada e o espaço exterior é muito agradável. Uma ótima escolha para famílias com crianças / bebés. Os nossos filhos sentiram se em casa e estiveram muito confortáveis.

We have had a great stay here! It’s nice and cozy house and the location is an ideal starting point for day trips on São Miguel or for exploring Furnas itself!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison pleine de charme. José a été très présent et attentif, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre installation. La maison est exactement conforme au descriptif et aux photos : un véritable cocon, chaleureux et confortable, où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Nichée au bord du lac, elle offre un cadre idyllique avec une vue à couper le souffle – les levers et couchers de soleil y sont tout simplement extraordinaires. C’est un lieu idéal pour les amoureux de l’authentique et de la simplicité, avec une atmosphère paisible et sincère, loin des artifices. Seul petit bémol : la route en contrebas, pavée et très passante, mais cela n’enlève rien à la beauté du site, qui fait partie des paysages les plus remarquables de l’île. Un grand merci encore à José pour son accueil !

Très belle maison avec une très grande cours et plusieurs animaux ce qui a rendu notre deux ans très heureux! Je recommande.

Great calm location, with walking distance to restaurants, hot springs, thermal pools and a nice botanical garden. We found a butcher and 3-4 grocery stores and enjoyed a home made barbecue at the house as well. We rented a car for the full week to have easy access to the rest of the island. It was great to have the covered outdoor part with table and grill as the volcanic inland valleys have both sunny, rainy and moist climates. Shifting fast and sometimes throughout the day. Important to understand how to regulate the air condition equipment in the rooms to maintain nice indoor climate. A place we can recommend.

Très bel environnement, la maison était propre et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, le panier de bienvenue a été fort apprécié.

Das Haus im Garten ist wunderschön, der Bach direkt nebenan. Am Wochenende und am Abend hat man den ganzen Garten für sich allein. Mit dem Ofen auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen warm. Würde sofort wieder buchen.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und lädt zu einem Verweilen nach einer von vielen Wanderungen ein. Tiago ist ein super Gastgeber. Fragen werden umgehend beantwortet. Der Aufenthalt bei Tiago war alles in allem sehr positiv.
