Santo Stefano di Magra: soggiorni in alloggi dove è consentito fumare

Corniglia is a very small town a a bit less crowded than the others but with enough restaurants. Apartment is large (3 bedrooms), clean and comfortable. Beds are large and comfortable. Views spectacular. Host works next door, met us in piazza and brought us to the apartment. Host is available for help, she sent someone to help us with the washing machine. Corniglia is best place to start to walk to Vernassa. Beach is pretty but down many steps and very difficult to swim. I would stay in this town again to avoid the crowds. Easy to use the train between towns. Take a boat trip from Vernassa.

Simona was very communicative and responded promptly whenever I messaged her. She had recommendations for restaurants and hikes that we enjoyed as well. We had some poor weather but Simona provided us with umbrellas to use which was very helpful!

Logement très agréable, spacieux et au calme bien que proche du centre ville. Il est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds.

Ottima soluzione fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per parcheggio in auto ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi. Siamo stati con 2 bambini molti piccoli e la soluzione ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Lorenzo è stato molto reattivo e disponibile, soluzione decisamente consigliata per famiglie!

Très bon emplacement. Lorenzo et sa famille vivent juste à côté, ce qui est un plus. Appartement chaleureux et bien équipé.

Realmente todo salió como lo planeamos y en esto el alojamiento tuvo muchisimo que ver. Excelente Leonardo como anfitrion en todo y excelente la ubicación y las comodidades del departamento. Super recomendable para disfrutar de La Spezia y Cinque Terre. Gracias por todo.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement très bien placé et très propre. Le gros + la superbe vue mer et la place de parking privée indispensable aux 5 Terres si vous venez en voiture!! Nous avons pris nos petits-déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer. L’appartement est proche de la plage, de la gare (8 min à pieds) et des restaurants …belle balade le long de la mer pour rejoindre l’autre partie du village. L’appartement est grand avec ses deux chambres. Le linge draps et serviettes sont fournis donc super pratique. On entend un peu le bruit des voitures la nuit mais moi qui suit très sensible au bruit cela ne m’a pas empêché de dormir. Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Merci

Piera molto gentile e brava a segnalarti l’appartamento in centro del paese con le indicazioni. Casa accogliete …semplice per il nostro utilizzo, macchinetta del caffè , un letto comodo e un bagno con la doccia. Paese piccolo e soprattutto venendo da Milano molto silenzioso per le orecchie

Nous avons passé une semaine fin avril à six. La communication avec Federico a toujours été excellente. Très réactif, sympathique, accueillant et super flexible au niveau des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Vraiment aucune pression et c'est très appréciable. Que dire du logement, du paysage et du village..juste une parenthèse extraordinaire. Conforme, voir même encore mieux qu'en photo ! De plus, la météo était également meilleure que prévue ! C'est juste extrêmement beau et paisible. La maison est en hauteur donc il faut être en forme pour remonter de la plage à pied. Avec des ados c'est faisable. De plus, nous traversons un joli sentier pour remonter. Par contre, difficile si vous avez des enfants en bas âge et en poussette. La route est étroite et sinueuse mais une place de parking est à disposition près de la maison. En cette saison, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour nous garer en bas, payant mais tarifs raisonnables. Agés de 13 à 50 ans, nous recommandons tous vivement !!

Carolina is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions. She and her mother met us when we arrived and they are very warm and gracious. We also received many recommendations for what to see and places to eat. The house is extremely clean and the large kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. The living room furniture is all very comfortable as well as the beds and pillows were amazing. The washing machine on the lower level was perfect for us since we stayed for a month. When you go out your front door, you are in this fairytale village and when you sit on the back terrace you are overlooking the hills of Tuscany. Perfect for eating outside or relaxing with a glass of wine. There are many restaurants in the main square, a gelateria, and a small market that has fresh bread in the mornings and basics if you need them. We would not hesitate to return again!!

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Premier séjour pour nous en Italie et nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. 10 jours de bonheur. Un grand merci à Massimo pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Un homme au grand coeur et au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Son logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien situé. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs. À un de ces jours comme on dit chez nous! Les Français : Geoffrey, Laura et les enfants Naël et Yaëlie.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

Michelle è stata molto disponibile fin da subito mandandomi un messaggio con tutte le informazioni sulla casa, molto gentile e simpatica, ottima soluzione quella da lei proposta, se capiteremo di nuovo nei dintorni la riprenderemo sicuramente in considerazione!

Levanto is an ideal base for exploring Cinque Terre - quieter than the five villages yet perfectly connected to them. Barbara's apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making day trips throughout the region convenient and stress-free. The local restaurants in Levanto offer excellent cuisine, and Barbara's recommendations led us to some wonderful dining experiences we would have otherwise missed. The apartment was perfect for our family with two young children (3 and 1). The bathtub, baby bed, and elevator made our stay comfortable and practical for everyone. What truly made our experience special was Barbara's hospitality. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful even before our arrival - checking information at a local bike store for us and sharing thoughtful suggestions for restaurants and activities. Thank you, Barbara, for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return to Levanto someday and would be delighted to stay at your apartment again!

Eravamo già stati a Lavagna negli anni passati,però soggiornando in albergo.Adesso avendo avuto da poco la nostra terza bimba,necessitavano di un alloggio in una posizione comoda,fronte mare e con tutti i confort,ascensore compreso.Claudio ha fatto al caso nostro!ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,un appartamento bello spazioso,dotato di tutto il necessario per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra.Tutto perfettamente funzionante,dalla TV,alla macchinetta del caffè,lavatrice,elettrodomestici vari.Inoltre vi erano a disposizione libri molto belli per ragazzi e bambini piccoli.Le camere sono molto spaziose ed ariose,con un balcone immenso che fa tutto il giro della casa,Claudio al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare varie merendine per la colazione,cialde del caffè e bevande fresche. Che dire,davvero una persona disponibile,cortese e a modo,inoltre molto flessibile per check in e check out. Torneremo di sicuro a Soggiornare da Claudio,la nostra è stata un'esperienza super piacevole!!

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Nous avons profité du logement fin avril, la terrasse était très sympa étant donné que nous étions en ville. Le logement est tout proche de la gare de Migliarina. Fluvio est très accueillant. Le logement est un bon rapport qualité prix pour visiter les 5 terre.

Loved the place perfect size for two people.. We moved the couch so it faced the water. and the kitchen is small for someone who loves to cook.. but the location was perfect.. and the bed was great .... all is all a great time we went ahead and rented a place for a couple of months.. because our visit was so great.. a great spot
