We had a wonderful five days here. The residence is very well stocked with functional and quality features...from the wifi and tvs, to the linens and kitchenware. It was sparkling clean too. The beds are comfortable. The location is great if you want to explore downtown on foot or on the Max. There is some freeway noise but that's par for the course in a city setting; it did not keep any of us awake at night. I was concerned about parking but never had trouble getting a spot right in front of the house. Also, we never heard nor saw the downstairs tenant (even with our loud kids and yappy dog). Cheyenne is a fantastic host. All instructions were clear and contactless access was easy. She checked in with us occasionally and was very quick in responding. If we were to complain about anything, the water pressure is low--first world problem that had zero impact on our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Adam’s Airbnb. I requested to book last minute and even though they weren’t planning on having anybody stay there, they got the place cleaned up and allowed me to check in. The neighborhood is beautiful and I was a huge fan of the location. I have stayed in a good amount of ADU’s, and their space was the most well put together / highest quality I have seen. It seems all too common that hosts get cheap and low quality items to fill their space with. It was able to feel like home for the few days I was there. Other notes (that I care about before renting): WiFi consistently gave me around 300mbps down, there is a bidet in the bathroom which was great, the lighting throughout the unit was fantastic, and the bed / pillows were very comfy. Would recommend!

The definition of cozy! The layout of the space was very nice, and the decorations made it feel very home-y. Would definitely stay again!

The place was cute and cozy as described in the listing. It’s exactly what we needed for our Portland trip, as we were not planning to cook much and just relax. We enjoyed the massage chair and the patio views. Loved it and would love to stay again definitely.

I liked everything about this home and enjoyed all the shops and popular destinations that were only minutes away. The place was cute, cozy and warm.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making it easy to whip up meals. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. The large closets with plenty of hangers were a huge plus for keeping our things organized. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!

From my first inquiry, this host was very quick to respond. They were friendly and happy to answer all my questions. The house is a part of a duplex and this one is located in the back. It was very homely, and comfy, and had the most modern amenities. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for two people each. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The area was surrounded by lots of trees and luscious greenery! A welcome change from our desert home. If I ever come back to the area for business or pleasure, I would definitely consider staying here again.

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

For 8 years we have come to Portland to see our daughter and stayed in various bnbs in NE Portland. Chris's was the absolute best. From the easy street parking and entry to the house, comfy couch & TV, the kitchen sparkling and well stocked with all we needed. Wonderful beds with the softest blankets and a terrific huge shower with really hot water. Flowering dogwood tree in the frontyard and bluebells and tulips in the garden. Great neighborhood to walk in, park only a few blocks away and Portland foodie restaurants easily driveable. Definitely highly recommend.

A great place to stay while in town for the marathon! Little outside of town, but a quick drive into downtown Eugene.

A return visit for us traveling to Portland and the coast. Rae and her husband are very accomodating. The home is in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beds are super comfortable and the view is outstanding. Being close to 1-205 is a bonus for getting around.

We had a great stay! House was exactly as described and so close to a really pretty bike path and parks. Host was excellent, communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. We were in town for the marathon and this was a really quick drive over to downtown Eugene.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday! We absolutely loved everything about it especially the view of the course! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Overall this place was great for my needs. I found the secondary website to be able to actually reserve annoying though. If I'm renting through airbnb I would like to only put my info and credit card into airbnbs services. I also found unlocking the door with a app on my phone didnt always work and I'm having to stand in the rain waiting for it to unlock or lock so I can leave. You also can not take a hot shower longer than 10 min before it goes cold. But The bed was super comfortable!! Best part.

Becky and the property management company thought of *everything* when creating a cozy, clean, and easily accessible place for guests. We stayed here with our 10-month old child. While you could hear guests upstairs from time to time, the neighborhood itself is blissfully peaceful. And the gardens leading up to the entrance…just stellar. Everything was clean, even underneath the couch and chairs, where toys would roll. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever encountered in an AirBnB; like a cloud. Highly recommend New Seasons market for groceries and takeout, and Cafe St. Honoré was a treat. Stroll down NW Upshur St for an easy entrance to Forest Park. My one regret is not booking a longer stay!

Great spot if you like hanging out on Mississippi. Also close to Williams & Alberta. Apartment was great. Hosts were awesome. A+ experience. Would definitely stay again

I really enjoyed my stay here with my dogs. Megan was great and very helpful. The only thing to note is if you have larger dogs like I do then make sure you supervise them in the yard because the gate is very easy to open just by giving it a push (without lifting the latch). This didn’t end up being a problem for me because I didn’t use the yard that much but it’s still just something to be aware of. Overall I had a great time and would recommend staying here.

This was a lovely space in a surprisingly peaceful neighborhood considering how close it was to restaurants, shopping, etc. Also, we discovered that free street parking was very easy to find close by. There was a great park for kids just one block away as well. Lastly, remarkably comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.
