1 or 2 guests (sorry no children, infants or pets) will enjoy your stay in our charming, comfortable cottage located on our 65 acre farm in the scenic Willamette Valley. Enjoy amazing sunsets from a full size deck overlooking fertile farmland. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for a gourmet meal. There are more than 50+ wineries within 10 miles. Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. *Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property*

The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place.
