My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Second time staying at Kris and Hannah’s beach home. Loved it! The backyard and pool are phenomenal, the walk to the beach is quick and they are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

House as amazing had a great stay house was clean and somewhere the pool and hot tub. Definitely a puppet mind staying here again. She was also a great host left us some snacks and even a welcome card Fantastic experience

This house was absolutely perfect. It was light and bright and very clean. We had all of our adult children stay with us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the pool and our granddaughter loved the swings on the playground. And she was able to run around in the backyard. The location was perfect. Close to Navarre Beach and a short drive to Destin, which was an absolute blast for our family. And the owners were so kind and so responsive. It was such a blessing to stay here and we would definitely stay here again. We would recommend this house to anyone. .

Cynthia was super responsive and great to work with. It made our first family trip to Florida so much easier. The pool was the best part. My children took advantage of it and it was so clean!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb. I was very nervous about what to expect. Fortunately, it was as advertised. My family and I were able to spend quality time in the living areas, which we would not have had in a traditional hotel. This was important, because we were visiting my son who's in the Navy and stationed in Pensacola. This visit was a chance for him to meet his nephew for the first time. The entire family was able to stay together, and the location was perfect since it was close to the Navy base, local restaurants, and other attractions. The only hiccup we had was with the front door not opening properly. All-in-all, this was a very nice family trip, and this house enhanced our visit to Pensacola. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful home equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay! The host response time was always so quick with any questions! I would stay there again so cozy great pool and outdoor space.

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

Our family had a great stay here. Right on the beach a super plus with kids and ability to cook your own meals. Place was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. The beach is beautiful and the view out of the windows is lovely. We had a great stay. One thing to be aware of is that you'll get a text message with info/code to get in the front gate, I was looking in the Airbnb messages and couldn't find it so had to call. Thankfully Heather answered right away and could help me out. Another thing to be aware of is that once you get to the door the keypad with numbers does not appear until you push the Yale button. So at the door, push the Yale button first and then the numbers will appear and you can enter the code to the door (different than the gate code and code to get in the building). Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved being so close to a beautiful beach while also being able to cook for ourselves.

Awesome place and host! would go again!

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

Great location, beautiful area! Cathy is a thoughtful host providing family games, beach toys, and many other things to enhance the experience.

Great place. Booked based on the pictures of all windows open (no side blinds covering any of the view) and the "Friends" leather recliners facing the view. Exactly as pictured. Much bigger than the pictures show. Would def stay here again. Streamlined with everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen and nothing you don't need so the closets, cabinets, etc. have TONS of storage for your items if needed.
