Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

Apartment was outstanding! so modern clean just like the photos, It is one of my favourite places I've ever stayed, co ordinator jasmin was very friendly and helpful and karina was friendly and always on hand if help needed , location is beautiful, pool and lounge area was quiet , clean and relaxing. I would highly recommend to stay here and would consider staying again myself. I went for a anniversary with my partner and we couldn't be happier. 5 stars guys !

We had a great time staying here. We had 2 children aged 2 & 4, they loved the swimming pools and the children’s park onsite! There were 2 heated pools that were just at the end of the garden so easily accessible. The whole complex felt very safe and immaculately clean. Great facilities and walking distance to the supermarket, shops, beach and restaurants! We will definitely be returning ☀️

Perfecto apartamento para pasar unos días en familia con peques, la urba cuenta con todas las comidades necesarias y está al ladísimo de la playa. Si necesitas unas vacaciones cómodas y prácticas con niños pequeños, totalmente recomendable. Alejandro gran anfitrión, nos dio con exactitud toda la información que necesitamos y se mantuvo atento durante toda la estancia. Súper recomendable

Great place, comfortable, lots of space, max 10-15 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Very good restaurants in the area, and also a supermarket. Many thanks to Inma, she is such a kind and helpful person!

Great apartment - seemed very new and clean. We loved taking dips in the indoor spa pool and the on-site gym was really convenient. Very close to a petrol station with a decent shop, with a supermarket only 5 mins further away and a big shopping precinct with a hyper market only a 5 min drive away. Thanks for a great stay :)

Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Esteban was the perfect host, from booking to leaving he couldn’t do enough for us. The apartment was fantastic, extremely clean and had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The apartment is also lovely and quiet. Esteban checked in on us when there was a country wide mass power outage checking if we needed water bringing…. 10/10. Thank you so much!

Great apartment for our second visit to flamenca village. Great place for all ages

Fantastisk flott område med flere bassenger, jacussier, bar, treningssenter etc. vi stortrivdes på området. Perfekt om du er ute etter å sole deg dagen lang. Stort kjøpesenter rett i nærheten, samt dagligvare butikk rett ved. Så veldig enkelt å handle.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s apartment. It is in a lovely location and across the road to a beach. The view was spectacular and the apartment was lovely and clean. There was a swimming pool on site, along with a tennis court, gym, squash courts and a table tennis table. There were restaurants outside the apartments and we were a short trip away from El Campello which was easily accessible by car and tram. The tram stop is just a short walk and although it runs behind the apartment it didn’t disturb us at all. Caroline had good communication throughout. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely book again.

Lovely apartment near the main gate which was spotless clean, great sofa and nice balcony with tables. Host met us at arrival.

El apartamento está muy bien, todo es tal cual se indica en las fotos y en la descripción. La cocina está súper equipada: todo tipo de utensilios, sartenes, aparatos... También con básicos como aceite, sal, pimienta, pastillas para el lavavajillas, Fairy, etc. Además, en el piso había sombrilla para la playa y una nevera, que nos vino genial. Aunque está lejos para ir andando a la playa, al tener párking pudimos movernos siempre con total libertad y estar en varias playas. Tuvimos algún que otro problema con el acceso a la vivienda, pero la verdad que Iván respondía al momento y estaba muy pendiente. Había algunas hormigas en casa, pero después de darle un par de veces con el spray no volvieron a aparecer. Iván es muy atento y está pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites, respondiendo casi en el acto. Hemos estado muy a gusto. La terraza está genial y es bastante espaciosa.

Todo perfecto, muy lindo espacio para largas estadías. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación principal de tram y de varias paradas de buses.

Huoneisto/talo erinomaisesti varusteltu ja siisti. Wi-Fi toimii hyvin ja televisioon voi kytkeä Cromecastin. Pysäköinti kadun varressa toimii - aina tilaa ja turvallinen seutu. Välimatkat autolla lyhyitä mm. Alicanteen, Santa Polaan, Elcheen. Alueella puolitusinaa ravintolaa, joista kaksi erittäin hyviä. N. 2,5 km päässä kolme suurta valintamyymälää. Majoittaa erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi viipymättä erilaisiin kyselyihin. Palaamme uudestaan Los Didi’siin

Asunto oli ihana. Pidin alueesta paljon! Pyörät olivat todella hyvä etu. Oli helppo liikkua paikasta toiseen ja kivoja alueita ympäristössä. Lyhyt matka monelle eri rannalle pyöräillä kauniissa maastossa. Pystyi valitsemaan useamman reitin. Asunto toimi hyvin pitkäaikaisessa vuokrauksessa. Parhaiten varusteltu asunto vaikka matkustanut paljon. Löytyi ihan kaikki ja enemmän! Jos itse on aktiivinen naapurusto ihmiset todella mukavia ja auttavaisia. Allasalue siisti ja samoin vesi altaassa. Pystyy hyvin uimaan myös matkaa eli pituutta on. Hyvä vaatteidenpesukone iso plussa. Löytyi lyhyitä ohjelmia ja kuivaus tapahtui nopeasti pihalla.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless — everything looked and felt brand-new, from the furnishings to the finishes. The warm pool was a real treat, perfect for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. It’s clear the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. The surrounding town/village was charming and peaceful, with friendly locals and beautiful scenery. We especially loved our morning and evening walks — so refreshing and a great way to start and end the day. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

We stayed at this Ago’s place for the second time. This time, two of us and two friends from Valencia spent one weekend here. We absolutely loved the house and all its facilities. The host provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to their suggestions, we made two trips to Cartagena during this getaway. Cartagena’s ocean views and historic architecture were truly captivating. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the lounge and the bedroom offer magnificent views of the golf course. Honestly, the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer 😊
