It is a quiet retreat, with access only for residents and guests. You find a parking for your car and a swimming pool with shower, deckchairs and a typical palapa that offers shade. This is all in a well-maintained compound with blossoming plants. Nearby are the sandy beach and two retaurants /bars with affordable prices.

And a large terrace over the entire sea side of the house. The sea is accessible via a staircase. Do not expect a luxury home. The house is simply furnished but has everything you need. It is a unique location where you can enjoy peace and a beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea.
