Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

At just 20 minutes from Galveston, this is a great pet-friendly home for trips to the beach and for so many of the activities nearby. Fire pit with seating , large front and back porch, plenty of space inside and out for activities. Plenty of covered parking

The home is perfectly situated, a short drive from I-45 so you can quickly and easily travel North to Houston or South to Galveston. The neighborhood offers parks, ponds, walking trails and a dog park. This is the perfect spot for cruisers departing from Galveston or travelers wanting to experience the Greater Houston area.

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.

Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
