I stayed at Joe’s place for just over a week and had an excellent experience. Joe was incredibly available, helpful, and proactive. He truly made me feel at home. The place was exactly as advertised. moreover, it was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Check-in was easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions. Overall, my stay at Joe’s was fantastic, and I’ll definitely look to book it again if I return to Albuquerque.

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Andrew’s apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The 2 bathrooms were uniquely designed and once I figured out how to operate the bathtub, it was like having a private spa. The bed, as other reviewers have mentioned, was extremely comfortable. The apartment was a moderate walk to downtown, which made our stay more enjoyable.

You won't find anything else like this, especially for the price. Stacy is very responsive and accommodating. I hope to do more business with her in the years to come.

Doug’s place was comfortable for my wife and 3 kids. The open floor plan was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms were comfortable. The central location made it quick to get anywhere from the biopark, Coronado mall, or even the tram.

Jack's condo was a hidden gem in an oasis. I really loved that it was in a gated community and I felt very safe. It's very close to downtown and Uptown and about 15 min from Balloon Fiesta Park. It was in a perfect location. Jack communicated very well with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again if his condo is available.

Casa Amarilla is a great place, wonderful location across from the park. Hosts were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay again when we are in town!

I’ve been at many Airbnb’s and this one by far was the most comfortable. We walked in and were transported into an inviting home. It was clean, the couch was so soft, the backyard such a cozy place to hang out. They even have string lights you can turn on for ambiance. There are three full bathrooms. There were only 3 of us, but this so convenient! The AC was perfect for the days it was hot outside. The beds were comfy. Two coffee options: Keurig or you can brew a pot. We didn’t cook, but seemed everything was there for your convenience. It was the perfect resting place while visiting family. The Sawmill Market is nearby if you want to hang at a cool spot for food and drinks! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

This townhouse feels like a stand alone house and has everything you might need or want. My Mom and I needed a spot we could both work from during the week we visited and this worked really well. The addition of a monitor on one of the desks was super helpful for her spreadsheet-intensive work and I easily worked on my laptop on the other desk. The internet was fast and reliable. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the back yard and upstairs deck were lovely for breaks. We loved the gorgeous wood ceilings. The only thing to be mindful of, mentioned in other reviews, is that the house makes a lot of noise day and night. It creaks when someone is walking around because of the lovely wood floors, but even if both people are standing next to each other perfectly still, it happens. It was loud enough to wake my Mom up at least once a night. Nothing bothers me when I’m asleep so it was fine for me. Just something to expect, but you should still totally book!

Very nice property and comfortable unit. Might be helpful to provide more instructions how to use the AC/Heat especially with the features of the remove and the associated symbols.

We had a great stay at this unit; I enjoyed the walking and jogging paths. The community building offered a great pool in addition to a nice library where I got some work done. The home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving, with a very well stocked kitchen. We arrived on Thanksgiving day and they accommodated us checking in early so we could have time to heat up our thanksgiving meal! They even had a Thanksgiving pie waiting for us! I am really glad we stayed here, it worked well for my family and was very well stocked.

this was a perfect place for myself, 3 friends, and my dog. it is in a peaceful area within walking distance to so many restaurants, breweries, museums, parks, and a bike rental shop. plenty of blankets, pillows, coffee, and tea provided. beds are comfy, ac is easy to use and works well. there's a whole binder from the host with local recommendations. Brody was very communicative and helpful with instructions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed staying at Monica's place for an entire month. The place was very clean, had an abundance of amenities and the neighborhood was very safe. Monica was very responsive with any questions or concerns and the instructions to the place as well as what to expect were very clear. We are already planning to stay again in the future as this was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

Ive stayed at Cecilia's property multiple times. Shes extremely responsive, maintains the property very well and is flexible. Shes and her property rock.

Michelle was an awesome host. She made us feel right at home and took care of any concerns immediately. (It was just the AC not being plugged in). We loved the turtles and garden. We will definitely stay again!

We had the perfect getaway with our family for spring break. Steve's condo is in a great location for hitting the slopes (20-30 min drive) and to downtown Santa Fe Plaza (walkable to it, but we opted to drive because we were sore from skiing). The condo and property are lovely! Steve is a welcoming and responsive host and we would recommend his place to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Santa Fe! Thank you Steve!

this home was extremely BEAUTIFUL. we came from out of state for my daughter's quince and decided to rent an Airbnb since our kids were flying out as well. let me say first off the pictures do not do justice this home is amazing and HUGE we all had more than enough room. The decor was great felt like I was in a movie. Everything was bougie just like me 🤣 I loved it. we all did. Ashley was very responsive throughout our reservation always responded quickly with any questions I had. my daught forgot her air pods after we left and I reached out and the put them in the mailbox for me to pick up. i honestly don't think anyone would have returned a $200 item, my days was super greatful. Over all this experience was perfect starting from the host Ashley, the beautiful spacious home we so needed for the size of my daughters dress, the area was great and quiet. the price was GREAT I compared and this home was the best in Albuquerque. we will definitely be coming back. WE FELT AT HOME ☺️

Keely, is an amazing host. We had made an error on our reservation and she was more than accommodating to help us correct it. After that she was always fast with responses when we had questions. Overall one of our best experiences on Airbnb.
