Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious layout with a large eat-in kitchen, great room, formal dining room, living room with fireplace, along with an outside deck with a fire pit This house is ideal for family get-togethers. There is nothing like sitting around the fire and listening to the waves crash on the beach.

Amazing Seabright Beach Cottage

Classic and sweet Santa Cruz cottage. This is literally our Grandma's beach house. 3 bedroom home that is 2 doors away from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and 1 full downstairs. Could be described as "shabby chic" but we see it as the adorable original rustic vacation house it was built as and has been its whole 130 years. The kitchen is updated but maintains it's old charm. The rest (aside from the addition of indoor plumbing) is still pretty much the same.

Cruise the cliffs on bikes, hit the waves, or BBQ and soak up the sun! You’re sure to enjoy this special little house and its big back yard. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, 50 inch 4k TV, hot outdoor shower, big gas BBQ, 2 beach cruisers, 2 soft surf boards, beach toys, a wagon (great for beach transport), and much more!

You'll be just steps away from breathtaking ocean views, sandy beaches and world-renowned surf spots. Come for some coastal vibes and experience all that Santa Cruz has to offer.

Seabright Cottages

The one-bedroom cottage is a peaceful retreat, nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is an 8-minute walk to the sunny Seabright Beach and close to all that is Santa Cruz. The sunny living room and private garden are great places to chill. It is a two-block walk to several excellent restaurants. We provide two beach cruisers, and it is less than a mile ride to either downtown Santa Cruz or the Marina. So park your car and have some fun.

It is a true architectural gem that I am honored to share with you and your loved ones. Conveniently located just a .3 miles/6 minute walk to Capitola Village, Gayle's Bakery, and the Beach.

Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting two weekends and two Friday evenings a month. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage.
