Second story apartment is a newly renovated space over hosts' garage (guests must be capable of climbing one flight of spiral stairs). It has a full kitchen (Including dishwasher), full bath (shower only - no tub), nice sized bedroom with queen bed and closet. Second story large private deck. NO DIRT ROADS TO PROPERTY! Adults only and (sorry!) no pets.

The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. It's right in town so you can walk anywhere in Patagonia and is only 1/4 mile from the Audubon Paton's Center for Hummingbirds and 1.5 miles from the Patagonia Sonoita Creek Preserve . You'll have your own deck and access to the campground's laundry and unique outdoor shower. We do want guests to understand that we don't provide TV or internet.
