Welcome to our immaculate, corner condo with dual balconies, included golf cart, and just steps to the beach! Located in Building 9 of Hamilton Cove, our condo is nicely updated and tastefully remodeled. A big plus is that it is only 15 steps from the road, perfect for getting in and out without all the stairs! Our popular condo isn't new to the market, but appears new due to the owner taking over management of it. You will love gazing at the ocean and relaxing on either balcony.

Stay at the Shelton's, a short two-block walk from the seashore. We are a family-owned and operated vacation rental with a 2 night stay required. Stay 2 nights or a month(URL HIDDEN) to my home, I do enjoy meeting people from all over the world! & enjoy showing others why I love living on the island. The museum and restaurants are just a 2-minute WALK away. Bay Beaches are about 3 minutes away IF you don't stop for a slice of pizza. A 12% BED TAX will be added to each night.

Very comfortable beds, newly remodeled. Has a connecting separate room (for a fee) with its own bathroom that would hold an additional 3 people. PLEASE ASK FOR MORE INFO AND COST IF NEEDED! No key required, a code will be given. The first block is up a hill, the second is flat.

It's a block to restaurants , bars , and shopping . Easy walk to and from the Ferry boat . There is an app called circuit ride , through the city of Avalon for a in expensive ride around town . Download it and make sure to book on line ahead of time a bit because they are busy . Some people rent golf carts for an hour to get use to the town . It's a comfortable half mile walk to almost anywhere .
