Santa Barbara County: soggiorni in alloggi al lago

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

This place has beautiful views and it’s very tastefully decorated. My favorite view was from the bedroom. I loved this cabin. although there’s cabins nearby It’s very quiet and peaceful. The deck needs a little TLC but other than that I definitely would recommend for anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful place with nice views. Just keep in mind that if you do have a pet there is a pet fee in addition to the cleaning fee.

My wife and I (plus our dog) had a wonderful stay in this cozy cabin for the long weekend. It had just snowed a little bit the previous week, and our dog had a blast hiking the trails that are a short 5 minute drive from the cabin. There’s a fenced in yard that we didn’t use but seemed perfect for cookouts in warmer months. But we had a blast just playing board games and going for hikes nearby. We also enjoyed cooking one of the nights, the kitchen has everything you need. Above all, Nicole was so helpful and responsive leading up to the stay. She even let us check in early when I asked. Highly recommend for a couple looking for a cozy cabin stay, especially if you have a dog!

Lovely, peaceful spot. The kitchen had every amenity we could desire. Do bring everything you need to the cabin because shopping is extremely limited. Many lovely walks nearby and the massage chairs were great after all that uphill! Andrew was very responsive to the few questions we had. I was a little freaked by the bear mats, but it is really only a precaution that should bring peace of mind and not fear.

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property and view are absolutely gorgeous, peaceful yet close to Los Olivos and all the wineries. The unit is spacious, clean and has SO many extra amenities - coffee, tea, toiletries, plenty of towels, they thought of everything you might need. Bed and linens so comfortable and huge TVs in both the living room and bedroom. We loved being able to use the hot tub under the stars. Our golden retriever was in absolute heaven being able to run around the fenced property and it was so nice that they let him use the pool too! We look forward to staying again.

The Host was "on her game" - from my first inquiry - until the day we checked out. The cabin was exactly as pictured - easy to find and the parking was plentiful. The cabin was clean, with comfortable furnishings. There was a lovely porch in front for enjoying the view and reading - a deck in the back for eating outside - and a great kitchen for preparing our meals. Both bathrooms were clean and fully stocked, with soap, lotion, TP, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed in the Master bedroom was comfortable with upscale linens. We used the wood stove and enjoyed a cozy fire each evening. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and we recommend this rental to others.

Very easy to access the room/ get inside. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot. Great stay.

Stayed at the cowboy cabin this time (been there before). Love it here. It’s beautiful and peaceful. The Animals are a joy. My daughter loves coming here! The kitchen and bathrooms were freshly cleaned and have everything you need. Always have a great time at Ranch Grande. I’m sure we’ll be back again.
