Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

La casa si trova ai margini di un piccolo villaggio in mezzo a una natura travolgente che invita a fare escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta e nelle vicinanze ci sono possibilità di nuoto, benessere e golf. Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). sie beinhaltet ein Schlafzimmer mit eingebautem Doppelbett (Größe 1.60 x 1.85), sowie im Wohnbereich ein ausziehbares Sofabett (1.60 x 2.00). Our outdoor area is lovingly furnished with a spacious sunbathing lawn, garden log cabin, barbecue area and cozy seating. Parking is available directly at the house. It is possible to rent a garage parking space for a fee. Our house is in a central, quiet and sunny location and offers one DTV-classified three-star and one four-star vacation apartment. You can hire e-bikes from the spa administration/tourist information office.
