Fantastic location at a fraction the SSVC price. Everything you need was at the location. Very easy check in. Very clean and had great amenities.

Tina is so nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The home was nice and would highly recommend.

Spectacular! That's the least I can say about this beachfront townhouse. The property is impeccable with a beautiful view of the beach from almost every point of the house and fully equipped for a very pleasant vacation. Kim keeps guests informed of everything needed (in my case via text messages which was much appreciated without interfering with privacy). Finally I would like to highlight the convenience of a garage for 2 cars and above all the excellent pool which is very enjoyable after a day at the beach. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making sure our family had a wonderful week on Sanibel.

This comfortable and very cheerful condo is a pleasure to rent. The vaulted ceilings make the condo open and airy. Ana Maria is a wonderful host who responds almost instantly to any questions posed over the Airbnb website. The home is well appointed and the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces , pots and pans. It also has many of the small electric appliances you need including a blender and a George Foreman grill. We made use of the screened in porch, and watched the bird and animal life on the lake as we ate breakfast almost every morning. The garage is a bonus, although almost everyone parks on the pads in front of their garages. The community’s heated pools are wonderful, and my wife enjoyed the water aerobics classes. This is a lovely townhome. My kids' ultimate vacation destination is Sanibel, so this had to be good for our first big trip since 2019. The apartment has a beautiful deck space with an ocean view. The tall ceilings make the space feel larger. The beach section was perfect and relatively quiet. Sanibel's Best ice cream store is a short bike ride away. Sweet Melissa's (the best restaurant on the island) is just a few minutes by car (or bike, for that matter). We would stay here again!

Our stay here was great! Dan was great to communicate with and the play was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

The house was exactly what we needed. It had everything. The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans/ dishes to be able to make a few meals. We were very happy with the house.

A great place: clean, quick access to the beach, and the private pool was awesome. Whole family enjoyed it!

I had a beautiful stay. I was travelling alone and felt very safe in the gated community. The neighborhood was beautiful. The house itself was very big and would be great if traveling with a family or with multiple people. There is so much room with very high ceilings. I felt very much at home. Everything was very clean and didn't have to worry about cooking basics in the kitchen, which was great. As an avid beach go-er, I was so happy to see that there were beach chairs, coolers, beach mats and pool noodles in the garage. If you're looking for a quiet place this is it. As it's a mature neighborhood with very respectful neighbours I barely heard any noise outside. The pool area was right around the corner and was very nice. Lots of chairs looking over the pond. The hosts were super nice, understanding and easy to get in touch with at a moment's notice. I had such a great vacation. Will most definitely be returning to escape the Canadian cold very soon. At first we couldn’t get in, but with a quick call we were able to get in. The townhome had everything we needed or could ask for. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was toward the front of Bonita Bay so easy in and out of the neighborhood. Convenient to be across from the club amenities if you are able to access through a member (we have family who live in Bonita Bay who are members). Liked that the condo was on the first floor. Enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning. Debbie was very responsive and helpful.

This was our first trip to North Captiva, and we absolutely loved it! Having spent years staying at Tween Waters on Captiva, we truly appreciated the quiet, laid-back atmosphere of the island. Some of our favorite highlights: -Exploring the island by golf cart -Watching stunning sunsets -Fishing and kayaking just off Safety Harbor Pier -Spotting dolphins at the beach every day and collecting seashells -Sipping piña coladas at Mango’s The house itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of two couples—there’s definitely enough space for a third couple or a family. It was well-stocked with everything you could need for a beach vaca. We did have to request extra toilet paper and paper towels, but they were delivered promptly. Getting to the Airbnb from the ferry was super easy, and Kim was incredibly responsive and accommodating at both check-in and check-out. She made our stay seamless and made us feel like we had been coming here for years. We will 100% be back!

Our place was great and very convenient location near the beaches and other activities we wanted to do. Great communication and experience with our host.

The townhouse was so nice!! We asked about a grill and James made sure we had one to use.

Loved my month long stay at Pedro's cute, little home. The first thing I noticed was how nice it smelled and how clean it was. Very well stocked with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was very nice and refreshing. Sanibel Island was so close and I made many low tide visits for shelling. Met up with friends at Fort Myers beach, Lover's Key and Barefoot beach. All within drivable distances. I would recommend getting to the beaches by 10 am. Parking lots fill up quickly. Bunche Beach was close enough for making use of the bikes provided. Watched many sunsets there. Checked out many the local restaurants. Publix grocery store is a mile away. I ran many different routes in the neighborhood and always felt safe. The area is still coming back from hurricane devastation, but that never bothered me at all.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casita Salida Del Sol very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful as well. We had everything we needed to feel right at home in the townhouse. It is located right next to the marina which was convenient, and fun to watch the ferry come and go throughout the day. The deck faces the east which is perfect for watching the sunrise. We saw dolphins from the deck one day. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, sand toys, and of course used the golf cart daily. We hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful! We loved the pool and access to fishing! We caught several catfish from the dock. We loved Brian got to interact with him some! We would definitely go back!

My husband was contracted for work in the area so him and our two employees stayed in the home they were comfortable, grilled out every night for dinner. The home was peaceful and quiet so they were able to get ample rest before getting up for work the following day. I highly recommend the home if you are staying in the area.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay @ colleen's place. We had a wonderful time and the place was exactly as described, it even looks better in person. It has everything that you need for a staycation. Colleen was super nice, for letting us check in before the actual check in time with no additional fees. Had nothing to complain about, we highly recommend this place and will definitely book with them again.

Amazing quiet, private condo.Beautiful outdoor spaces overlooking bay with boat traffic and dolphins for viewing entertainment.Super clean-has everything needed for a comfortable stay.Complex pool is warm, clean and wonderful-added bonus that residents are super friendly and kind.We highly recommend this spot close to Boca Grande.
