Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Our cozy cottage lies in the heart of the popular Normaltown neighborhood in Athens. Easy access by foot/car to local bars, restaurants, parks and other amenities. Downtown Athens and the UGA campus are just a short jaunt away! One of two identical units (each completely separate with private entrances and ventilation), the traditional shotgun style features one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/eating area, and a living room.
