The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. You can go to the beach, shop, hike nature preserves, or just relax at home in the cottage. For shopping & dining, picturesque downtown Holland is just a 4.8 mile drive.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

This cottage ambiance is quiet and relaxing. You have the option of relaxing on the deck, kayaking on the lake, or driving a short distance to Lake Michigan. You can sit by the fire and enjoy the night sounds, or relax inside with a book or play a game together. We have quiet when you want to relax and fun towns and beaches when you are ready for exploring. It offers you a comfortable visit to a great area of Michigan.

Plus a backyard vernal pond that's completely surrounded by woodlands which provides extreme privacy and access to nature.
