Only a 10 min walk to three gorgeous beaches and 5 min walk to the local takeaway, coffee shop, restaurants, and bottle shop. The fully self-contained unit has its own entrance and back terrace. Unlimited fast Wifi. Please note that we won't accept puppies under 1 year old, we will only accept dogs fully house trained, well-behaved and not barking. Sorry no cats !

Katandra: Beautiful self-contained accommodation

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The studio apartment is spacious with a very comfortable Queen bed with quality linen bedding. The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. We provide a generous continental breakfast for your first night of stay, with cereal, fruit, etc
