Enjoy this cozy Calm, stylish beachfront bungalow on the 1st floor with spectacular views, located 10 minutes from the airport in Sandy Bay, and ideal place to relax, enjoy beach walks, sunset, snorkeling, paddle boarding. (At the 2nd largest Reef in the world) or just read a book and listen to the sounds of the waves at your feet. The Apartment is fully furnished with a queen bed, a Futon, outdoor eating area, hot water, A/C, Cable TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and books to enjoy.

Enjoy the entire house where you can walk 30 seconds to the beach, have access to the ocean where you can snorkel, fish, and relax on the beach. A dock is available for your use as well. Enjoy air conditioned bedrooms, a screen in porch, hot showers, 3 tv's with cable access, and internet access throughout the house. The airport is ten minutes away with private parking at the house. Grocery stores, restaurants, and dive shops are near and can be accessed by cabs or your rental car.

Great comfortable home close to everything and some of the best snorkeling ! The property is unique to Roatan. Just off the main road to a private beach area. This area is part of the Roatan Marine Park preserve. The reef system parallels the white sand beach of Sandy Bay. The calm water is fun to swim and explore the underwater ecological paradise teaming with tropical fish and corals. This is a quiet tranquil area without high end hotels and condos but close to the tourist meccas.
