This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The MANING REEF HOUSE is located in Sandy Bay’s affluent golden mile, just in walking distance to Wrest Point Casino, Sandy Bay Centre and the popular Nutgrove Beach and opposite a beautiful water edge Reserve. The views are amazing, you have uninterrupted and spectacular views of the Derwent River, Tasman Bridge and the Hobart CBD skyline. In Good Company Café is next door. It’s open 6am–3pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 6am–10pm from Thursday to Monday.

Rivermouth on Kingston Beach

Rivermouth on Kingston Beach is a beachfront apartment on the top floor with private off-street parking. The apartment is absolute waterfront looking directly onto the fabulous Kingston Beach, only 10 minutes south of Hobart. There are wonderful cafés nearby including the Salty Dog Hotel, Bo-Ho Cafe and Robbie Brown directly below. There are walking trails located at both ends of the beach to the Allum Cliffs Walk and Boronia Beach.
