Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

The second story two bedroom private apartment is 1 to 2 blocks away from the Jet Express, fishing charters, head boats, PC lighthouse, public beach, shopping, dining and night life. Enjoy a fun day at one of the islands, fishing, or at the beach and then return to enjoy dining and entertainment just outside your front window. Order a meal and beverage to go and enjoy the live music in "The District" summer entertainment area.

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
