Public boat access is beside the house so bring your own boat or kayaks. Kayak rentals available nearby. Large back deck overlooks the river with grill and firepit.

It's only minutes from the southern gateway to the New River Gorge and about 40 minutes to Winterplace Ski Resort. Close to everything but away from it all!

In the town of Alderson, home to West Virginia’s largest July 4th celebration. 5 minutes or less to Dollar Stores, convenience, gas, local shops and Subway. Kroger and Ollies are just 20 minutes.

Charming 3 bedroom home on the New River

C and J Cottage is located in the New River Gorge National Park, the newest national park. There is access to Sandstone Landing's patio alongside the New River. It is a fully furnished home with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a beautiful river front view. It is a great starting point for exploring all the beautiful sites and attractions that southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge have to offer. Or a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing stay on the river.

12x24 tiny house designed and (inside) built by me.. Dive into the history of this unique and memorable place. Always in my family this property has special touches with strong heritage. The house sits atop the old foundation of the house my grandfather built and my father was raised in. Fossils, artifacts, flora, and fauna abundant. Welcome to Cabin #4, our fun sized hunting themed cabin. Our cabin is 120 sf, roughly the size of a standard bedroom. It has a loft with a full size mattress, a roll-up pillow top mat, (perfect for a child to sleep on), a futon sofa/bed, kitchenette, bath with shower, and a large deck. The Cabin is fully furnished, has ac/heating, satellite tv, Wifi, and both a fire pit and wood. This cabin is open seasonally April through October yearly.
