Enjoy this unique 1 bedroom/2 bed , 1.5 bath A Frame on the Chocolay River approximately 5 miles from downtown Marquette, just off of HWY M-28. Expect traffic noise. It has aQ bed upstairs with an attached full bath with shower/no tub and a Full size sofa/futon downstairs with a half bath on the main floor. There is a narrow spiral stairway leading upstairs. The washer and dryer and electric sauna are located in the basement which has an outdoor entrance only, accessible by the outdoor stairs.

Snowmobile trail #8 is an easy 1.5 miles south along Dukes Rd, 6 miles on trail to gas in Rumely, plenty of space for trailers.

The apartment is above our barn, one flight of stairs. We have frontage on Big Creek which connects to gorgeous Lake Superior. We have kayaked and fished from our spot to the big lake.
