Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Our family had the most wonderful weekend stay at the Kalorama Cottage. Our last little getaway as a family of 4! Our daughter loved the place so much that she asked if we could stay forever. Clean and beautifully kept cottage with everything you need, surrounded by nature. Jade and Daniel were very welcoming and very proactive with communication prior to check-in and throughout our stay. Thank you both so much for sharing your place with us!

Amy was extremely helpful and responsive from beginning to end. The place was so peaceful and just what we needed to wind down and get some rest. We loved the views, especially from inside the kitchen and the outside porch. Had good heating and amenaties to make the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience. Nice quiet a d tidy place. Hosts are so accommodating and honest. We left a valuablr item at the property with valuables. We were contacted by the hosts and the item was picked up safely. Highly recommended

Great location near the beach and walking distance to Mentone town centre.

Had a lovely stay at this warehouse style apartment, great decor and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location is very convenient and although it's close to the hustle and bustle of Smith St it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Access was easy and Kali was very helpful and responsive.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a warm, stylish touch that made it feel extra special. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. A nice, quiet loft and great place to stay. Very friendly and responsive host. I arrived at 10 in the morning already (as i was going to the f1 race in Melbourne) and despite the early arrival Helen welcomed me in and offered me tea…. As it was raining she then also lent me her umbrella… all of this was very much appreciated. Thanks Helen!!

Great apartment in a great location. Hosts Paul & Dan were very responsive, making sure all was OK before and during our stay. The location was near the Crown casino, which you could easily walk too, along with South Wharf DFO and restaurants. There is an IGA around the corner. A great experience and loved the location!
