The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, unique retail and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!

You found the perfect waterfront spot to enjoy the beauty of the Back Bay & the ocean! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach to see the dolphins, seagulls, & sand crabs! Try our 3 kayaks (1 tandem, 2 single), Jon boat with oars, paddleboard & surfboard! Ride bikes around the neighborhood, fish straight off the porch, and try our crab trap. Our favorite spot is relaxing on the porch enjoying the bay sunset. Come get that peaceful, easy feeling sitting on the dock of the bay! You won' want to leave!

Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge!!! Sandbridge is the northern most portion of the OBX!!! Location location location. this tiny home is 3 years old and was previously a vacation property. This will be it's first year on airbnb. there is a queen adjustable bed in the master and two twins in the loft. There is room for a air mattress in the loft also. This unit comes fully stocked for everything you'd need for a beach vacation. Towels..chairs..beach canopy..boogie boards..ect.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

The property backs up to Lake Holly and is a three story duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a secluded deadend street so you wont have to deal with beach traffic and their is dedicated parking. The backporch is perfect for enjoying the abundant wildlife in the shallow estuary of Lake Holly or venture out a short walk to the oceanfront or Rudy's Inlet.
