This unit is connected to a 1 bedroom rental. Back yard has a single detached unit also . Great for small families. There is a fenced in front yard Back yard and laundry area is shared with guest suite next door. 2 Car max allowed $100 pet fee with pre approval. ***Summer 2026 check in on Friday only ****

Get away in style with our remodeled park model trailer. It’s been fully renovated and ready for your next vacation. This property is located at the south end of Sandbridge. Located a short walk from the beach and only steps to the Back bay. Also, two restaurants within walking distance, that offers nightlife as well. Once on-site, two kayaks are available for your use as well and 4 beach chairs. Best part of the day are our beautiful sunsets, viewable on our deck.

Nates Nook on Back Bay

Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge. We are located on the northern tip of the OBX...in Va!!!!! This tiny home is in the most secluded area of the resort. Offering tons of nature and beautiful surroundings. One of the 2 pools is only 150 steps away. the beach is 950 steps...or you can drive and park at the resort entrance. We have pickle ball and a boat ramp. You can park your boat behind your unit if you wish and the fishing is great! we provide all beach accessories!!
